Безопасность на Кипре. Нужно ли бояться?

Террористические события последних недель, потрясшие мир своей жестокостью, невольно заставляют задуматься о безопасности наших жизней и о том, насколько наше государство может защитить нас и наших детей от агрессии различных организаций и религиозных течений. В наших размышлениях можно отметить несколько сторон: то, что реально делается для нашей защиты и то, как мы сами относимся к происходящему. Так что мы постараемся рассмотреть их более подробно.

ПРАВИТЕЛЬСТВО КИПРА ДЕРЖИТ РУКУ НА ПУЛЬСЕ
На этой неделе прошло заседание Кабинета министров Кипра. И, конечно же, его основными темами стали события, произошедшие во Франции. Поэтому встреча министров началась с минуты памяти погибшим во время террористических актов 13 ноября в Париже.
«Мы все являемся свидетелями событий во Франции. Террористические атаки подрывают демократию и стабильность наших стран. И ухудшают ситуацию не только для иммигрантов, но и для стран, которые их принимают. Наше правительство и весь народ Кипра находится в полной солидарности с Францией в эти трудные для нее времена»,– сказал в начале заседания Президент Кипра Никос Анастасиадис.
В ходе заседания министр внутренних дел Сократ Хасикос заявил, что в связи с терактом в Париже, Кипр уже усилил защитные меры в общественных местах. «Мы всегда должны быть особенно бдительными, когда сталкиваемся с проявлениями терроризма», – сказал Хасикос.
В подтверждение слов министра внутренних дел, министр юстиции и общественного порядка Ионас Николау заявил, что, несмотря на то, что никакой информации о какой-либо угрозе или опасности в настоящее время нет, все государственные ведомства тесно сотрудничают друг с другом на предмет выявления потенциальных террористов среди беженцев, прибывающих в страну.
Также Ионас Николау напомнил, что система безопасности Кипра была модернизированная в феврале прошлого года. Тогда были проведены работы по установке нового оборудования и обучения специальных сотрудников на всех контрольно-пропускных пунктах в аэропортах, портах, блок-постах «зеленой линии», посольствах и даже в школах. Вся система проходит регулярную проверку. Последняя ее оценка была сделана за десять дней до теракта 13 ноября в Париже. Так что жители острова могут быть спокойны.

ЖИЗНЬ ВОЗМОЖНА ТОЛЬКО С ЛЮБОВЬЮ, НЕ СО СТРАХОМ
Конечно, В связи с террористическими актами, которые прошли практически друг за другом (Россия, Франция, Ливан), весь мир находится в страхе и недоумении. У многих из нас возникает вопрос, какую цель преследуют террористы? И почему выбирают своими жертвами жителей именно этих стран?
К сожалению, точных ответов не знает никто. В наших силах лишь соблюдать элементарные методы безопасности и не бояться. Именно последнему фактору мы бы хотели уделить особое внимание. И поэтому предлагаем вам прочитать выдержки из книг Ошо, посвященные страху.
«Вы можете составить большой список и удивитесь, как много существует страхов, а вы до сих пор живой! Вокруг множество болезней, инфекций, опасностей, краж детей, террористов – а жизнь так мала. И, в конце концов, есть смерть, которой вам не избежать. Вся ваша жизнь станет мрачной.
Жизнь требует великой смелости. Трусливые только прозябают, они не живут, потому что вся их жизнь пропитана страхом, а жизнь, в которой так много страха, хуже, чем смерть. Они живут в своего рода паранойе, они всего боятся; и не только реальных вещей, нереального они боятся тоже. Они боятся ада, они боятся приведений, они боятся Бога. Они боятся тысячи и одной вещи, которые они или другие, такие же, как они, сами же и придумывают. Страха накапливается так много, что жить становится невозможно».
«Откуда в нас страх смерти? Мы боимся смерти не из-за самой смерти – ведь она нам неизвестна. Как можно бояться того, с чем вы еще не сталкивались? Как можно бояться того, что вам неизвестно? Чтобы бояться чего-то, вы должны, по крайней мере, это знать. Так что на самом деле вы боитесь не смерти, ваш страх – нечто другое. На самом деле вы никогда не жили – вот что вызывает страх смерти. “Я еще не жил, и если придет смерть, то что же тогда? Не испытав удовлетворения от жизни, совсем не пожив, я уже умру”. Страх смерти появляется только у тех, кто недостаточно жив. Если вы живы, вы радушно примете смерть. В этом случае никакого страха нет. Вы познали жизнь, теперь хотели бы познать и смерть. Но мы так боимся жизни, что не познаем ее, не входим в нее глубоко. Это и порождает страх смерти».
«Когда вы поймете, что смерть является другом, и начнете жить без страха того, что это только небольшой отрезок времени в семьдесят лет, если вам откроется вид на вечность вашей жизни. Тогда все замедлится, тогда не будет необходимости быть торопливым. Люди спешат просто во всем. Я видел, как люди хватают свой портфель, заталкивают в него вещи, целуют жену, не видя, это жена или кто-то другой, и прощаются с детьми. Так нельзя жить! И куда вы доберетесь с такой скоростью?»
«В природе ни одно животное, птица, дерево не боится смерти, только человек создает так много беспокойств из-за этого… всю жизнь дрожит, смерть подходит ближе, а из-за этого нельзя позволить себе жить полностью, тотально. Как можете вы жить, если вы так напуганы? Жизнь возможна только без страха. Жизнь возможна только с любовью, не со страхом. А смерть создает страх».
«Гнев – это энергия, страх – это энергия, трусость – тоже энергия. Все происходящее с вами имеет в себе огромную движущую силу, в нем скрывается невероятная энергия. Как только вы примете ее, она станет вашей энергией. Вы станете сильнее, вы станете богаче, ваши границы расширятся. Ваш внутренний мир станет больше. Если вы движетесь к высотам, внутри будет любовь, а вокруг – вечность. Не будет никакого страха – его не может быть, так как вас нельзя разрушить, вы неразрушимы».

Бхагваен Шри Раджниеш (Ошо) – индийский духовный лидер и мистик, называл себя «гуру для богатых» и говорил, что нищета не является подлинной духовной ценностью. Учение Ошо представляет собой хаотичную мозаику, составленную из элементов буддизма, йоги, даосизма, сикхизма, греческой философии, суфизма, европейской психологии, тибетских традиций, христианства, хасидизма, дзэн, тантризма и других духовных течений, а также собственных взглядов.
Ошо стремился создать «нового человека», сочетающего в себе духовность Гаутамы Будды с интересом к жизни Зорбы. Под Зорбой Ошо имел в виду человека, который «не боится ада, не стремится в рай, живет полноценно, наслаждаясь мелочами жизни… едой, питьем, женщинами. После трудового дня он берет в руки музыкальный инструмент и часами танцует на пляже». Зорба-Будда, согласно Ошо, «должен быть так же точен, объективен, как ученый … так же чувственен и сердечен, как поэт … так же укоренен в своем существе, как мистик».

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
