О прощении – как простить и отпустить?

Вопрос читательницы: «Я по натуре очень обидчивый человек. Такое чувство, что жизнь ко мне несправедлива, постоянно подбрасывает неприятные сюрпризы, то через людей, то просто через ситуации. Но возникает такое чувство, что накопленная обида постепенно начинает разъедать меня изнутри. Очень хочется что-то изменить, но не знаю, как это сделать. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как быть».

Для чего нужно прощение?

Каждый из нас, независимо от возраста и жизненного опыта, сталкивался с такими ситуациями, когда близкие или не очень люди поступали так, что после этого становилось очень больно. У кого-то таких ситуаций в жизни было больше, у кого-то меньше, да и у каждого своя история на этот счет. В результате мы, как правило, испытываем очень неприятное чувство, которое называется обида, и очень часто оно долгие годы живет внутри нас, сильно отравляя жизнь. Эта сильная и разрушительная эмоция при длительном воздействии на организм может нанести значительный вред здоровью: от подавленности, низкой самооценки, чувства вины или беспомощности до депрессии, психосоматических болезней и вплоть до злокачественных новообразований. Именно поэтому очень важно научиться прощать, освобождаться от того негативного, что происходило в жизни, и тем самым расчищать место как для позитивных эмоций и ощущений, так и для радостных событий в жизни.

О важности прощения говорят и представители различных религий, и многочисленные психологи, и учителя. Все они сходятся в одном – если обидчик появился в жизни человека, то это не происходит просто так, незаслуженно. Это значит, что нам по какой-то причине нужно пройти этот сложный и болезненный урок, научиться любить независимо от обстоятельств, научиться прощать и что-то изменить в себе. Например, часто, когда женщинам наносят обиды их близкие мужчины, – это признак того, что женщина недостаточно любит себя, или настолько погружается в заботу о ближних, что полностью теряет свое истинное я, или же испытывает подсознательную, то есть неявную, агрессию к мужчине.

Прежде, чем простить…

Стоит оговориться, что прощение — это нелегкая работа, практически всегда приходится заново переживать ту боль, которая была испытана когда-то, не всегда получается сразу отпустить и простить. Но тот результат, которого вы достигнете, освободившись от этого груза, стоит того. Вы почувствуете себя свободнее и легче, и жизнь заиграет новыми красками. Если внутри нас нет обид, то в сердце освобождается место для созидательной энергии любви, человек как бы лучится изнутри, и это становится заметно окружающим. Если мы умеем принимать и прощать, то и людям, и нам самим с собой становится гораздо комфортнее и радостнее. Прежде чем приступить к процессу прощения, используя одну из многочисленных техник, рекомендую сделать следующие шаги.

Первое – постараться понять, что, как бы больно и тяжело нам ни было, в сложившейся ситуации есть чему поучиться. И пусть пока мы этого не можем понять из-за сильных эмоций и ощущения, что с нами несправедливо поступили, в том, что это произошло с нами, есть глубокий смысл и возможность через преодоление испытания стать лучше и качественно изменить что-то в своей жизни.

Второе – постарайтесь вспомнить всех тех, на кого вы обижались и обижаетесь до сих пор. Составьте для себя список и выделите среди них тех, с кем связаны самые сильные эмоции. Таким образом, у вас сложатся две группы людей. Ну, а кого прощать первыми, выбирайте сами: кому-то легче сначала избавиться от незначительных обид и потом переходить к сильным и болезненным, кому-то наоборот. Прощать и прощаться можно как с живым человеком, так и с призраком из прошлого, который мешает вам жить в настоящем.

Мешок картошки

Начиная работать с прощением, я часто рассказываю притчу о китайском мудреце, к которому пришел новый ученик за советом:

— Ты такой мудрый. Ты всегда в хорошем настроении, никогда не злишься. Помоги и мне быть таким!
Учитель согласился и попросил ученика принести картофель и мешок.

— Если ты на кого-нибудь разозлишься и затаишь обиду, – сказал учитель, – то возьми этот картофель. С одной его стороны напиши своё имя, с другой имя человека, с которым произошёл конфликт, и положи этот картофель в мешок.

— И это всё? – недоумённо спросил ученик.

— Нет, – ответил учитель. Ты должен всегда этот мешок носить с собой. И каждый раз, когда на кого-нибудь обидишься, добавлять в него картофель. Ученик согласился.
Прошло какое-то время. Мешок ученика стал уже достаточно тяжёлым. Его очень неудобно было всегда носить с собой. К тому же тот картофель, что он положил в самом начале, стал портиться. Он покрылся скользким налётом, некоторый пророс, некоторый зацвёл и стал издавать резкий неприятный запах.

Ученик пришёл к учителю и сказал:
— Это уже невозможно носить с собой. Во-первых, мешок слишком тяжёлый, а во-вторых, картофель испортился….

А нужно ли вам таскать мешок гнилой картошки внутри себя?

Прощание с ролью жертвы

Обида уничтожает вас изнутри, бесконечно возвращая в ситуацию травмы, снова и снова заставляя испытывать ситуацию, где вы – жертва.

Часто обида используется человеком, чтобы оправдать ситуацию в настоящем и своё бездействие. Например, меня тогда обидели, поэтому я не буду ни с кем больше и пытаться строить отношения. Меня тогда обманули, поэтому я больше не буду строить свой бизнес.

Таким образом, прощение — это отказ от готовности страдать дальше. Это прощание с ролью жертвы.

Большинство обид возникает из-за того, что происходящее не совпадает с нашими ожиданиями, с тем, что мы считаем «правильным».

Правильные родители — это родители любящие, правильные друзья — те, что не предадут, правильный любимый — тот, кто всегда со мной.

А если нет? Если ситуация не оправдала мои ожидания, может, это я неправильный? Неправильный ребенок, друг, любимый? Может, причина во мне?
Обида становится частью личности.

Прощение позволяет завершить историю обид, попрощаться и похоронить то время, когда мы чувствовали себя жертвой…
Прощение – это движение к новой, лучшей жизни – с охапкой нашего жизненного опыта, полученного в той болезненной ситуации.
Когда вы анализируете обиду, перестаньте спрашивать: «За что?». Задайте себе вопрос: «Для чего?».
«Для чего мне была дана эта ситуация, встреча с этим человеком, чему я могу научиться благодаря этим событиям?».

Прошлое — это наша ценность, наш опыт, каким бы он ни был. Нужно взять из него все то ценное, что было, поблагодарить, понять, зачем он вам был нужен…

Берите опыт, но отпускайте обидчика, он был всего лишь пешкой для развития вашей души, для выхода на другой уровень. А если вы думаете, что ваши обидчики не заслуживают прощения, вспомните, что вы прощаете их не потому, что они этого заслужили, а потому что это заслужили вы.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
