Консультация психолога: ребенок в соцсетях

Моя дочь-подросток в одной популярной социальной сети познакомилась с мальчиком десяти лет. И он сам рассказал ей всё о себе, о своей семье, о том, где живет, вплоть до подробного расположения квартиры в доме. Завалил фотографиями… Она в недоумении: ведь этот мальчик с такой же легкостью может поделиться информацией со злоумышленниками! Понятно, что сейчас практически у каждого ребенка есть аккаунты в различных соцсетях. Скажите, пожалуйста, стоит ли контролировать или каким-либо образом ограничивать пребывание в них?

Дети и социальные сети

Ученые всего мира сегодня заняты изучением вопроса, как современные медиа влияют на мозг человека и на детей в частности. Каждая личность уникальна, с самого детства мы абсолютно разные. Сознание человека формируется на основании симбиоза генетических факторов и условий окружающей среды. Интернет сегодня является частью окружающей средой и открывает безграничные возможности для образования, развлечений и, конечно, общения с друзьями в социальных сетях. Но, нельзя игнорировать и опасности, ожидающие ребенка в интернете. Это могут быть спам, опасные ссылки, которые могут причинить вред компьютеру, хакеры, ищущие чужие персональные данные, и, наконец, просто преступники – педофилы, мошенники и грабители.

Мозг человека

Физиологически общение в соцсетях обусловлено выработкой в нашем мозге двух веществ: дофамина и окситоцина – широко известных, как гормонов удовольствия. Дофамин отвечает за поиск желаемого и получение вознаграждения. Тяга к “репостам”, “лайкам” позволяет получать желаемое внимание окружающих и чувствовать, что человек делится с другими чем-то важным. Окситоцин отвечает за возникновение симпатии, любви, взаимопонимания и доверия. В сети человек позиционирует себя таким, каким хочет себя видеть в глазах окружающих. Когда мы размещаем посты с «правильным» контентом, мы завоевываем общественное одобрение, что способствует повышению самооценки. 62% пользователей заявляют, что они чувствуют себя более уверенно, когда люди положительно реагируют на то, что они размещают в социальных сетях.

Зависимость от социальных сетей

В то же самое время эти “гормоны удовольствия” провоцируют возникновение зависимости. Проводя все больше и больше времени в соцсетях, дети и подростки утрачивают навыки межличностного общения – они не умеют знакомиться в реальной жизни, заводить новых друзей, давать спонтанную реакцию, а, главное, вести диалог. Снижается эмпатия, умение сопереживать. Неумение взаимодействовать со сверстниками в будущем приводит к сложностям в общении с коллегами и деловыми партнерами, к проблемам в создании гармоничных, близких отношений в собственной семье.

Слишком продолжительное нахождение и общение в сети может также привести к различным психофизиологическим проблемам: стрессам, депрессиям и неврозам; нарушениям в личностном и социальном развитии; нарушениям нормального восприятия реальности. У детей могут развиваться синдромы дефицита внимания и гиперактивности. Также велика опасность виртуального буллинга, в котором ребенок может пострадать от негативной оценки или оскорбления его как личности.

Безрассудство

Еще одна опасность соцсетей для детей в том, что они не учатся оценивать риски. В виртуальной реальности все кажется безопасным, безвредным. Ребенок может не подозревать, что за фотографией и профилем симпатичного сверстника может скрываться преступник. Страницы в социальных сетях можно редактировать, комментарии – удалять и добавлять. В жизни это не так, но воспитывая мозг в среде, где действия не влекут за собой последствия, дети не учатся адекватно оценивать риск.

Как показывают исследования, есть и польза социальных сетей. Порой, именно при общении в соцсетях человек робкий и нерешительный, имеющий множество комплексов, может раскрыться, почувствовать себя полноценной, творческой личностью и удовлетворить некоторые психологические потребности в общении.

Дети беззащитны перед негативным воздействием социальных сетей. Ребенку необходимо показывать положительный опыт в реальном мире и побуждать его использовать виртуальный мир разумно. Давайте обсудим общие правила поведения в интернете и общения в социальных сетях, о которых вам нужно поговорить со своими детьми.

1. Будет правильно, если ваши дети узнают о социальных сетях от вас. Создайте профиль в социальной сети вместе, расскажите о том, как социальная сеть работает. Если у вашего ребенка уже есть профиль в социальной сети, попросите его показать вам свою страничку, покажите интерес к деятельности вашего ребенка в сети, добавьте его в друзья.

2. Проследите или установите сами специальные настройки приватности для профиля вашего ребенка. Самое важное – публикуемый контент должен быть доступен только друзьям вашего ребенка.

3. Объясните ребенку, что все его посты и информация, которую он публикует в социальных сетях, являются отражением его личности и останутся в интернете навсегда. В интернете, как и в реальной жизни, нет кнопки «вернуть назад». Есть такое понятие как кэш, который хранит даже удаленную информацию, и технически, грамотный человек всегда сможет найти удаленный контент. Попросите подростка представить, что все, что он размещает в социальных сетях сегодня, будет доступно его работодателю или коллегам через 20 лет.

4. Научите ребенка никогда не публиковать личную информацию, такую, как номера телефона, домашний адрес, фотографии вашего дома или квартиры. Просто объясните, что в интернете такая информация появляться не должна, так как есть люди, которые могут воспользоваться ей в корыстных целях.

5. Мы учим наших детей никогда не вступать в разговор с незнакомыми людьми на улице. Социальная сеть – это такая же улица. Не надо отвечать на сообщения или приглашения в друзья от незнакомых людей. Не надо открывать сообщения от незнакомых людей, переходить по ссылкам в таких сообщениях, так как они могут содержать вирусы.

6. Интернет, социальные сети – такая же сфера жизни как школа или общение с друзьями. Я думаю, не стоит контролировать каждый шаг ребенка в интернете, но я уверена, родители должны знать, что делает ребенок в интернете, соблюдает ли установленные правила – с этого и начинается доверие.

Для того, чтобы быть всегда уверенным в безопасности своего ребенка в интернете, существуют компьютерные программы родительского контроля. Благодаря этим программам вы будете знать, в каких социальных сетях проводят время дети, что ищут в интернете, какие сайты посещают. Помимо контроля социальных сетей, такие программы также могут следить за тем, как дети используют свои телефоны, регистрировать какие веб-сайты они посещают, установить контроль времени, которое дети проводят за компьютером или на телефоне.

В заключение хотелось бы отметить, что все новое (а мы являемся свидетелями очень стремительного развития технологий, интернет коммуникаций и приложений) всегда вызывает как восхищение, так и страх. Мир меняется на глазах, и мы не знаем, чего ожидать. Узнавайте этот новый мир вместе с вашими детьми, обсуждайте новинки, их полезные функции и опасности в использовании. Рассказывайте детям о преступлениях в виртуальном пространстве (о хакерских атаках, мошенниках, распространяющих ложную информацию, вымогателях денег). Осведомлен – значит вооружен. И для виртуальной реальности этот принцип становится актуальным как никогда.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    1.2        If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to access and use the Website, and you must immediately stop doing so.

    2.1        We may change these Terms at any time by updating them on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect immediately.     3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
