Языки любви

Порой бывает, что двум любящим людям сложно найти взаимопонимание. В паре накапливается раздражение, начинают звучать взаимные претензии, и может показаться, что любовь ускользает из рук, оставляя за собой лишь горечь разочарования. В такой момент партнеры чувствуют, что их не понимают или не слышат. Оказывается, это действительно может быть. Ведь каждый по-разному воспринимает и выражает любовь, и, возможно, мы и вправду разговариваем на непонятных друг другу языках – языках любви.

То, на каком языке мы разговариваем, зависит от многих факторов – от того, как принято было выражать любовь в семье, где рос ребенок; от полученного воспитания как в семье, так и в школе, от психотравм, особенностей личности, и в конце концов предыдущего опыта отношений. Привычный нам способ выражать любовь может быть совсем не так понятен нашему партнеру. Ведь он с собой в отношения привносит совсем другой «набор» унаследованных факторов, а значит, иной способ выражать и воспринимать любовь. Поэтому очень важно понять, на каком языке говорите вы, а на каком – ваша половина. Итак, давайте разберемся в том, какие языки любви являются самыми распространенными и что делать, если вы обнаруживаете, что вам присущ один или несколько языков любви, а вашему партнеру – совсем другой или, быть может, несколько других языков.

Язык слов поощрений

Казалось бы, все мы знаем, что слова благодарности выражают любовь, а похвалой можно добиться гораздо большего, чем ворчанием. Но многие люди благодаря этому чувствуют, что их любят. Простые и искренние слова поддержки и поощрения – это то, чего не хватает многим из нас. Если ваш партнер вырос в семье, где хвалить ребенка было не принято, то он будет испытывать острую необходимость в том, чтобы вы ценили и уважали его, а также часто говорили ему об этом. У вас не получается высказывать свои чувства вслух или не хватает красноречия? Обратите внимание на то, как это делают люди вокруг вас, берите пример с них или с героев кино, запоминая, какие слова и комплименты они использовали. Также можно оставлять записочки или посылать сообщения по телефону, ведь написанное читают и перечитывают. Не переставайте восхищаться своим партнером, и он будет уверен, что вы его любите.

Язык прикосновений

Для некоторых этот способ – единственный, чтобы почувствовать любовь. Людям, говорящем на языке прикосновений, очень важен тактильный контакт – держаться за руки, чувствовать объятия, поцелуи, поглаживания, ласки. Если в отношениях этого недостаточно, то такие люди начинают сомневаться в любви партнера. Язык прикосновений – это не только язык интимных отношений, прикосновения могут быть и мимолетными. Можно приобнять, проходя мимо; держать под руку, идя по улице; или поцеловать, садясь в машину к супругу, а также когда супруг уходит на работу или возвращается домой. Это может показаться сложным, если язык прикосновений для вас чужой, то есть в семье, где вы выросли, нежности не были приняты и вы не привыкли к такому проявлению любви. Но эти простые проявления внимания лучше любых слов расскажут партнеру о вашей любви.

Язык подарков

С древних времен влюбленные дарили друг другу подарки. Ведь любить – значит отдавать и делиться. Подарок – это символ внимания, им можно выразить чувства, напомнить о своей любви, а также преподнести в виде примирения после ссоры. Получив подарок, ваш партнер будет хранить его и чувствовать, что вы помните и думаете о нем. Если язык любви, на котором говорит ваша любимая, – подарки, то она будет с гордостью носить подаренные ей вами ювелирные изделия, радоваться букету цветов, да и вообще любой мелочи. Но, долго не получая подарка, сразу засомневается: любите ли вы ее. Языку подарков не сложно научиться. Просто дарите, не дожидаясь специального случая: маленький сюрприз для вашей половины важнее запланированного похода в ресторан. И помните, подарок не всегда должен быть дорогим, здесь важнее внимание.

Язык совместного времяпровождения

Проводить с кем-то время – значит уделять ему все свое внимание. Когда мы проводим время со своим партнером, мы вместе с тем дарим частичку своей жизни, себя самого. В отличие от языка слов поощрений, когда партнеру важно услышать, как он ценен и любим, партнеру, говорящему на языке совместного времяпровождения, важно, чтобы выслушали его. Не критикуя, не давая советов, не предлагая решить проблему – просто поняли и посочувствовали.
Жены, говорящие на таком языке любви ревнуют супруга к работе, и в его бизнесе видят соперницу. Многие из них перестают ценить тот факт, что муж обеспечивает семью и заботится о будущем детей, и чувствуют лишь накопившееся недовольство от того, что у второй половины не остается времени на совместные беседы, поездки и походы в гости. А между тем их супруги, в особенности те, кто говорит на языке слов поощрений, также чувствуют себя нелюбимыми. Для них важно, чтобы жена ценила то, что они делают для семьи.
Если ваш партнер говорит на этом языке любви, то полностью посвящайте свое внимание ему или ей в те моменты, когда вы рядом. Не отвлекайтесь на свой телефон, постарайтесь уладить необходимые дела предварительно. Займитесь совместным хобби, почаще планируйте совместные поездки и романтические ужины. Помните, что воспоминания, созданные совместно, становятся крепким фундаментом вашего союза.

Язык помощи и заботы

Помогать – это делать что-то полезное для своего партнера, выражать свою заботу и любовь действиями и поступками, а не словами. Жены, говорящие на этом языке любви, – хорошие хозяйки, в их доме всегда чисто и уютно, а вечером мужа с работы ждет вкусный ужин. Мужчины, говорящие на этом языке, – настоящие добытчики, заботятся о любимой и своих детях, обеспечивая и опекая их. Однако и здесь бывают сложности. Родительская семья – это пример, становящийся моделью супружеских отношений. И если отец занимался мытьем машины, а мама мытьем посуды дома, то такому мужчине будет сложно понять, что может быть и наоборот. Многие мужчины уверены, что домашние дела – сугубо женская обязанность. Между тем, оказывается, что помощь по хозяйству – язык любви многих женщин. Когда вы чувствуете, что ваш партнер, говорящий на языке помощи и заботы, постоянно раздражен, попросите его составить конкретный список дел, в которых вы могли бы помочь. Вы удивитесь тому, насколько простым и коротким будет этот список. Ведь вашему партнеру надо не переложить на ваши плечи все свои обязанности, а, разделив некоторые, почувствовать вашу заботу, а значит, и любовь.

Как распознать свой язык любви

1. Вспомните, что обычно ранит вас больше всего в отношениях с партнером?
2. Подумайте о том, как вы выражаете свою любовь к партнеру, что делаете или говорите. Вероятно, в ответ от своей второй половинки вы ожидаете того же.
3. Прислушивайтесь к критике и претензиям, ведь в них как раз и скрыт намек на язык любви, понятный вашему партнеру.

Ну и конечно, стоит напомнить, что большинство из нас говорит не на одном языке любви, а на двух, трех, а возможно, и на всех, являясь счастливыми полиглотами.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    1.2        If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to access and use the Website, and you must immediately stop doing so.

    2.1        We may change these Terms at any time by updating them on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect immediately.     3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
