Пока по всему Кипру росли «инвестиционные» высотки на продажу, рынок аренды переживал не лучшие времена. Как так произошло и чего ждать дальше? Любой житель Кипра подтвердит — снять жилье здесь очень дорого. Рост цен начался в 2012-2015 годы, когда в стране был кризис, и практически ничего не строили. Ежегодное предложение новых квартир на рынке снижалось. В то же время, за эти годы сформировался спрос на недвижимость. Люди планировали покупку квартир, но откладывали из-за кризиса. В 2015-ом жилье начали понемногу покупать, но это только усилило нехватку недвижимости для аренды.

В кипрских городах начнут штрафовать за 60 км/ч

Для водителей, передвигающиеся на автомобиле по кипрским дорогам, снизят неофициальный лимит разрешенного превышения скорости с 20 до 10 км/ч. Такое предложение выдвинул Департамент дорожного транспорта для борьбы с высоким уровнем летальных ДТП. Ведомство провело исследование, которое показало, что 70% смертей на дорогах острова происходят в населенных пунктах. Это в два раза превышает средний показатель по Евросоюзу — 35%. Тюлени и летучие собаки получили новую пещеру

Власти Кипра провели уникальные работы — отреставрировали морскую пещеру недалеко от селения Монагрулли. Именно здесь часто останавливались средиземноморские тюлени-монахи, чтобы отдохнуть и воспроизвести потомство. Здесь же, по мнению ученых, может поселиться и египетская летучая собака. Морская пещера в районе белых скал на протяжении многих лет была убежищем для находящегося под угрозой вымирания средиземноморского тюленя-монаха, нынешняя популяция которого насчитывает менее 700 особей по всему миру. Пещера также может привлечь египетскую летучую собаку. Кипр — единственная европейская страна, где живет этот вид рукокрылых. На Кипре вырастет 87 новых небоскребов, 54 из них — в Лимассоле

87 новых высотных зданий могут появиться на Кипре в ближайшие годы, из них две трети построят в Лимассоле. Бум высотного строительства напрямую связан с программой предоставления паспорта за инвестиции в размере 2,5 млн евро, так как интерес иностранных инвесторов в первую очередь направлен на недвижимость. К 31 августа разрешение руководителя Департамента градостроительства получили 6 проектов для Никосии, 54 проекта для Лимассола, 17 проектов для Ларнаки, 8 для Пафоса и 2 для Айя-Напы. Мигранты улетели домой по собственному желанию

84 мигранта добровольно вернулись с Кипра домой. Об этом объявила Международная организация по миграции (IOM). 63 человека улетели в Непал, 21 — в Индию. Это были, в основном, студенты, которые не могли платить за обучение в колледже из-за коронавируса. «Последствия пандемии Covid-19, как с точки зрения экономики страны, так и с точки зрения ограничений на поездки, вынудили многих мигрантов обратиться в Международную организацию по миграции за помощью, в том числе, для возвращения в свои родные страны», — сказала глава кипрского отделения IOM Наташа Ксенофонтос-Кудуна. Кипр откроет границы для домашних помощников

Министерство здравоохранения выпустило указ о прибытии на Кипр домашних помощников. Они смогут прилететь на остров после получения разрешения на въезд от правительства. Согласно указу главы Минздрава, с 25 сентября специальный комитет, сформированный правительством еще 17 июня, начнет выдавать домашним работникам специальную лицензию. Лицензия на въезд будет выдана после того, как домашний помощник заполнит заявление онлайн, а работодатель оплатит работнику проживание в государственных карантинных помещениях и два теста на коронавирус, один по прибытии и один через двенадцать дней. Прибывший на Кипр домашний помощник останется на карантине в течение 14 дней. Оплатить транспортировку из аэропорта в карантинное помещение должен будет сам работник.   Прочитано 4 681

Коронавирус на Кипре: 1600 заболевших и 3,5 млн масок

Число новых инфицированных коронавирусом снова поползло наверх. Эксперты связывают это с приходом осенне-зимней волны пандемии. Министр здравоохранения Константинос Иоанну призвал общественность не расслабляться и соблюдать все санитарные правила, а также помогать пожилым людям и наиболее уязвимым членам общества. «Мы очень хорошо знаем, что вирус использует нашу расслабленность и распространяется с молниеносной скоростью там, где меры защиты недостаточны, а медицинские протоколы соблюдают неполностью», — отметил глава Минздрава.     required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not
