Как Кипр компенсирует отток российских туристов?

Подминистерство туризма прогнозирует полное отсутствие российских и украинских туристов в течение всего 2023 года. «Мы делаем расчеты исходя из нулевых показателей предыдущего периода», – заявил глава ведомства Саввас Пердиос.

Ставка – на Европу и Ближний Восток

«Мы не знаем, когда восстановится российский рынок. Это зависит не от нас, а от ситуации в целом», – констатировал Пердиос в своем интервью изданию «Филелефтерос». Чтобы минимизировать потери для отрасли, Подминистерство намерено продолжать политику по продвижению страны как привлекательного турнаправления среди европейских и ближневосточных стран. «У государств ЕС есть огромные перспективы. Это очень большой рынок. Его потенциал был доказан в этом году», – отмечает Пердиос.

Места россиян займут туристы из других стран

Чиновник при этом добавляет: «Туроператоры должны понимать одну простую вещь: даже если российский рынок восстановится через несколько лет, он не сможет вернуться к прежним объемам. По одной простой причине: для такого количества россиян, как раньше, не будет мест в гостиницах». Чиновник считает, что отельеры, которые из-за отсутствия клиентов из России решили обратиться к другим рынкам, в будущем не смогут предоставить россиянам проживание в тех же объемах, так как их клиентура сменится. «Российский рынок никогда больше не будет для Кипра прежним», – подытожил Саввас Пердиос.

Израиль. В планах – порядка 40 рейсов в неделю

Помимо ЕС Подминистерство туризма уделяет большое внимание соседним странам. В частности, большие надежды возлагаются на Израиль. Напомним, в 2022 году доля израильских туристов составила 8,4%. Это был второй лучший показатель после Великобритании. «Хотя пребывание израильтян на Кипре краткое – обычно три-четыре дня – их ежедневные расходы выше. А это – один из важных критериев. Израиль – рынок, который нам близок. Мы обязательно будем развивать его», – отметил чиновник. Шаги в данном направлении делаются уже сейчас. В этом году с Израилем усилено авиасообщение: зимой туда будет летать почти 40 рейсов в неделю.

Саудовская Аравия. Стартует прямое авиасообщение

С недавнего времени все более активные позиции в перечне перспективных для развития туристических направлений занимает Саудовская Аравия. Комментируя это направление, Пердиос отметил, что работа с этой страной только начинается. В 2023 году в эту страну будут запущены прямые авиарейсы. На Кипр будут летать шесть рейсов в неделю из трех городов Саудовской Аравии – Даммама, Джидды и Эр-Рияда. Авиакомпания Wizz Air, которая планирует выполнять роль перевозчика, довольно оптимистично смотрит на перспективы этих маршрутов.

При этом Саввас Пердиос призывает реально смотреть на вещи: «Мы говорим всего о шести рейсах в неделю. Ничего сверхъестественного ожидать не приходится. Особенно, если учесть, что по таким направлениям, как Великобритания, только зимой совершается почти 70 рейсов в неделю, а в Израиль – 40». Однако ведомство верит в этот рынок и его перспективы по трем причинам. «Во-первых, потому, что это очень большая страна с населением почти 40 млн человек. Во-вторых, население страны молодо по возрасту. Эта молодежь не только более свободно мыслит, но и начинает открывать для себя зарубежные путешествия. Люди готовы летать бюджетными авиакомпаниями, такими как Wizz Air. А третья причина заключается в том, что мы – ближайшая к ним европейская страна. То есть житель Саудовской Аравии может приехать к нам на три-четыре дня», – пояснил Саввас Пердиос.

Кипрскому туризму привьют гибкость

Между государствами действует визовый режим. Это немного осложняет ситуацию. Согласно исследованиям, жители Саудовской Аравии, в силу менталитета и привычек, не планируют путешествия заранее, а покупают билеты в последний момент. Чтобы обеспечить оперативную выдачу виз, Подминистерство туризма отправило в посольство Кипра в Эр-Рияде своего сотрудника.

«В то же время частный сектор должен понимать: места будут бронироваться за две-три недели до вылета. Отельерам придется проявлять гибкость в подходах. Не стоит ожидать, что вдруг найдется туроператор, который выставит программу чартерных рейсов на сезон вперед с предварительным бронированием», – предупреждает чиновник.

В аэропортах – ряд новых опций

Улучшение авиасообщения Кипра с другими странами, привлечение новых авиакомпаний и расширение текущего расписания рейсов – главная цель оператора кипрских аэропортов Hermes. Директор по развитию и коммуникациям компании Мария Курупи заявила: в обоих аэропортах продолжается модернизация. «Мы внедрили ряд новшеств, которые призваны улучшить качество обслуживания пассажиров и сократить время их ожидания в очередях», – пояснила она.

Обсуждается план расширения аэропорта Пафоса

Мэр Пафоса Федонас Федонос 24 ноября заявил: район, прилегающий к аэропорту Пафоса, остро нуждается в благоустройстве. В ближайшее время власти города намерены обсудить проект по его расширению.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    6.1        To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensors have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:

    a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

    b any error in, or omission from, any information made available through the Website;

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
