Алексей Чичаков: «Земля Алтая говорит через нас»

Гостем «СредиземноМАЙского рок-фестиваля» на Кипре станет группа «Белуха Джем». Она создана в Горном Алтае – одном из самых удивительных мест не только России, но и мира. Основатель и лидер группы Алексей Чичаков, исполнитель горлового пения, рассказал о себе, о Белухе, и о том, куда его уносит музыка из любой точки мира…

– Алексей, как давно вы стали музыкантом?

– С восьмого класса, когда впервые взял в руки гитару, тогда все и началось. Я увидел, как человек играет на гитаре, аккомпанирует себе и поет, это меня заворожило. Я захотел научиться, взял в руки гитару и понял, что это мое.
Наша группа была основана в 2005 году. За эти годы она пережила множество метаморфоз. На сегодняшний день у нас два состава. Акустический – это скрипачка из Барнаула Алина Батыгина и Александр Самодум из Москвы, он играет на арфа-гитаре. Этим составом мы в основном ездим по России. А на Кипре мы будем выступать в электрическом составе — Андрей Скляров, Олег Зенков и я. Это «Белуха Джем» в стиле этно-рок. У группы разные составы, но все равно вся музыка у нас этническая.

– Ваша группа называется «Белуха Джем» — почему?

– Место, где я живу – Усть-Коксинский район, Уймонская долина, это как раз у подножия горы Уч-Сумер, Кадын-Бажы – по-русски Белуха. Если подняться от моего дома чуть в гору, то Белуху можно увидеть. Ее энергетика всегда присутствует, это священная гора для алтайцев, в том числе и для меня. А джем – это на музыкальном сленге импровизация. Я объединил место, где живу и импровизацию – то, что всегда со мной.

– Вы поднимались на Белуху?

– Год назад мы с семьей ходили в поход. Нам, алтайцам, на саму Белуху подниматься нельзя. А к подножию можно. Мы дошли до Аккемского озера, я в первый раз посетил эти святые места. Было чувство трепета, огромной мощи, огромной энергии, которая исходит от этой горы, и уважения.

– А почему вам нельзя на вершину?

– У всех народов есть традиции. Родители говорят – нельзя. Так и бабушка говорила нам: «Алтайскому народу на гору нельзя ступать». И все.

– На каких инструментах вы играете?

– Национальные – топшур, спутник кайчи (сказителей), исполнителей горлового пения. Комуз (варган) всегда с собой. Окарины — глиняная дудка. Шоор – наша флейта. И, конечно, гитара всегда со мной.

– А на чем сложнее всего оказалось учиться?

– Я до сих пор учусь играть на всем. А самый сложный инструмент – это человеческий голос. Самый огромный, самый богатый инструмент. Извлечение горлового пения, разных полифонических звуков – этому пришлось учиться. У меня прадедушка был целителем, горловиком, на комусе играл. Это переходит из поколения в поколение. Я об этом не знал – узнал только когда начал заниматься горловым пением, исполнять кай, тексты благопожелания. Бабушка, когда впервые услышала мое горловое пение, сразу сказал: “Это мой отец. Ты поешь как мой отец”.

– Вы почувствовали что-то при этих словах?

– Конечно, я почувствовал связь. У меня появилось и до сих пор остается чувство большой ответственности. Мой долг — пронести это дальше и передать своим детям, внукам.

– Как вы начали осваивать горловое пение?

– Я еще учился в школе, когда к нам с концертами приезжал Болот Байрышев. Он тогда был в начале пути, но уже звезда.
Потом, после института, в Доме культуры Усть-Коксинского района я лично познакомился с Болотом Байрышевым. Это, думаю, была неслучайная встреча. Я тогда приобрел домашнюю студию звукозаписи и рассказывал ему, что буду записывать свой первый альбом.

В то время я сочинял песни на русском языке в европейском стиле. Начало мое было западное — Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Джимми Хендрикс. На этом я учился и рос. Но потом понял, что и в нашей корневой музыке есть огромное богатство…

Когда я записывал дома альбом, пригласил Болота к себе в студию. Он не отказал, увидел, наверное, во мне какую-то искру. Мы сделали совместно одну песню. В 2008 году записал альбом, в 2009 году состоялась его презентация и это было первое совместное выступление на большой сцене. С тех пор мы уже не расстаемся. После презентации альбома мы начали давать совместные концерты, и я начал постепенно пробовать горловое пение.

Первый раз у меня получилось извлечь звук горлового пения во время прослушивания записи Аржана Кезерекова, нашего алтайского кайчи, которого, к сожалению, уже нет в живых. Я услышал его пение, и что-то внутри меня проснулось. Подключило к земле, я так говорю. Так чувствую. Я попробовал, и у меня получился мой звук. А в последующем я учился, и продолжаю учиться, выступая совместно на одной сцене, с Болотом Байрышевым, перенимая богатейший опыт и знания, находя свою собственную интерпретацию…

– Что вы чувствуете физически, когда исполняете горловое пение? Что происходит со связками?

– Технически это, наверно, можно пересказать, математикой можно все измерить. Но я думаю, что это глубже. Кай, наше пение – это корни, земля Алтая говорит через нас, а мы являемся только посредниками. Энергия Алтая, красота рек, гор, все выражается в пении.

Когда ты пробуешь первые звуки издавать, вначале это боль. Горло перестраивается. Взять электрогитару – если просто провести медиатором по струнам, это чистый звук. А если использовать педаль овердрайв, тогда гитара начинает звучать с драйвом. Вот это примерно то же самое. Перегруз, перегруженный звук — для меня такое ощущение, если говорить на музыкальном сленге.

– Какие возникают чувства во время пения?

– У меня есть огромное чувство ответственности перед предками, перед собой, перед зрителями, которые меня слушают. Хочется направить энергию правильно, чтобы это были созидающие и исцеляющие звуки. Для меня это ощущение свободы и некоего перемещения, полета. Где бы я ни находился – во время пения переношусь на Алтай, к духам гор. Перед глазами картины этого края, эпосы алтайские, богатыри-защитники, лес, священный ручей Аржан-Суу. Горы, ветер… Что-то такое. И, конечно же, Белуха.

– А что для Европы горловое пение?

– Когда начинал Болот Байрышев, он и его голос были для европейской публики как из другого измерения. Открытие, что-то нереальное. Сейчас, конечно, зритель насытился. Предложение горлового пения есть у многих народов – есть тувинское, монгольское, бурятское, даже китайское исполнение. Мало кого чем можно удивить. Но, каждый стиль индивидуален. Алтайское горловое пение более глубокое, низкое. Наша визитная карточка – низкое горловое монотонное пение, исполнение эпосов. На современной сцене мы используем разные инструменты, цифровые эффекты. Привносим что-то, чтобы современному слушателю было интересно.

– А что вы хотели бы пожелать жителям Кипра?

– Пусть приходят на концерт, почувствуют ту атмосферу, которую мы постараемся создать, погрузить и перенести их вместе с собой на Алтай. Это будет хорошее связующее звено между Европой и Горным Алтаем…

    1            Application of terms

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not
