Ставка на казино: азарт изнутри

Пока на Кипре своего казино нет, поэтому и местные жители и гости страны отправляются попытать удачу на оккупированные территории. Там игорные заведения уже давно приносят реальный доход. А еще туда отправляются желающие заработать. Немало наших соотечественников видят в казино не только место для близкого знакомства с Госпожой Удачей, но и заманчивые вакансии с адекватной оплатой труда и различными бонусами. Мария и Анна – девушки, которые работают в двух разных казино на оккупированной территории, согласились ответить на некоторые наши вопросы, за что наша редакция очень им благодарна. Ответы приведены с разрешения Марии и Анны (имена изменены).

– Мария, как вы стали сотрудницей казино в северной части острова?

– Это мой первый подобный опыт. Как таковой идеи уехать из России, чтобы работать в казино на оккупированной территории Кипра, у меня, конечно, не было. Я рассматривала варианты работы в Австралии и ОАЭ, но из-за сложностей с оформлением документов уехать не удалось. Трудоустроиться на Кипре мне предложила знакомая, и я решила: почему бы и нет?

– То есть устроиться на работу в казино оказалось довольно просто?

– В целом, да, но только если оценивать ситуацию критически. Например, если устраиваться с помощью агента, то нельзя верить всему, что он обещает и говорит. Билеты и разрешение на работу надо ждать около месяца, при этом визу делают уже на месте. И у этого процесса есть огромный минус: паспорта забирают. От этого невозможно не нервничать. В любом случае, при возникновении каких-либо проблем можно и нужно обращаться в местную полицию – здесь это очень весомый аргумент.

– Казино никогда не пустует? Это прибыльное дело?

– Клиентов всегда много. В основном это греки-киприоты и турки-киприоты, но встречаются и иностранцы, в том числе наши соотечественники. Казино – бизнес довольно доходный, но, если быть честной, я бы не хотела, чтобы в моем родном городе существовали игорные заведения подобного рода.

– Анна, вы, в отличие от Марии, работаете в казино уже пять лет и знаете эту «кухню» изнутри. Скажите, как обстоят дела с зарплатой и чаевыми?

– Понятие «чаевые» отсутствует. Во-первых, это может создать нездоровое впечатление у других игроков: они могут подумать, что, например, официант, обслуживающий зал, находится в сговоре с одним из охотников на удачу. Во-вторых, точно такие же подозрения могут возникнуть и у менеджеров. Нам запрещено даже общаться с посетителями. Даже если в игорный зал заходит мой муж, я никогда не забываю об этих жестких правилах.

Ну а заработная плата… Она вполне вменяемая. Нижний порог для иностранцев – около 1000 евро в переводе с местной валюты. Учитывая, что цены тут [на оккупированной территории] значительно ниже, а иногда по договору сотруднику из другой страны еще и оплачивают проживание, это очень хорошие деньги. А так, зарплата, конечно, варьируется и зависит от занимаемой должности, самого казино, опыта в этой сфере и т. д. Ничего необычного. Крупные заведения, которые заботятся о своей репутации, все выплачивают вовремя.

– Вы сказали, что с клиентам общаться запрещено. А есть еще какие-то интересные негласные правила?

– В казино нельзя заходить в нетрезвом виде. Если сотрудник на входе уловит сильный запах алкоголя, то человека не пустят. Это вызвано заботой об имидже заведения. Зато внутри заведения – пейте, дорогие гости, сколько угодно! Оставляйте денежки за игровыми столами и в автоматах! Это связано с еще одним внутренним негласным правилом. 

Сотрудники зала должны докладывать менеджеру о том, что клиент пьянеет. Ясное дело, что пьяному человеку поверить в то, что следующий раунд игры точно приведет его к победе, гораздо проще. И для казино выгоднее, чтобы опьянение происходило уже внутри: личные страхи медленно будут притупляться, ощущение реальности происходящего – тоже, и вот уже человек ставит больше, чем та сумма, которую он изначально, будучи трезвым, хотел потратить.

Еще к таким клиентам повышенный интерес вызван тем, что на них можно заработать разными способами: например, предложить вызвать такси за небольшой процент сверху, посоветовать отель, который платит казино проценты за гостей, или предложить открыть бутылку дорогущего шампанского – за победу.

– Кстати, а правда, что выпивка в казино бесплатная?

– В моем – да, и, наверное, в большинстве крупных заведений так и есть. Алкоголь и закуски – не больше, чем статья расходов. Вроде счета за электричество. Тем более, что пьют далеко не все: одни уверены, что им что-то подмешают, другие в трезвом виде лучше контролируют ход игры, третьи вообще не пьют.

– Мария, обманывают ли в казино посетителей?

– Казино – само по себе обман. Вы платите деньги за шанс выиграть больше денег. Или проиграть. И чаще – проиграть, и все об этом знают. Но если речь о разных «кино-причудах» – волшебных магнитных механизмах под столами, системе тайных знаков и особом секретном языке между сотрудниками, наркотиках в напитках и пр. – то нет, крупное казино точно не обманет. Или сделает это так, что об этом не узнает никто: ни вы, ни я [смеется].
Игровые автоматы, кстати, менее надежны – если это слово можно применить к удаче – потому что их могут запрограммировать различным образом. Например, чтобы выигрышная комбинация выпадала каждые 4 запуска. Или чтобы комбинации складывались таким образом, что разовый выигрыш не превысит какой-то определенной суммы. В общем, вариантов много, хотя любой владелец скажет, что никакими махинациями не занимается, честное слово!

– Вы были свидетельницей того, как люди оставляли в казино все?

– Если под словом «все» имеются в виду все наличные, все до копейки с банковского счета, ключ от квартиры, где еще деньги лежат, и любимая собака – то нет. За все пять лет я не видела такого ни разу. Хотя проигрывали много. Приходили с 50 евро, оставляли тысячи… десятки тысяч.

– А выигрывали миллионы?

– Думаю, если открыть любой поисковик и правильно составить запрос, то можно найти немало новостей о том, как кто-то выиграл нереальные деньги, о таком всегда с радостью пишут. Иногда и сами казино хотят, чтобы о таких случаях писали, желательно с упоминанием названия заведения. Сами понимаете, любой PR – это хорошо. Но самый крупный выигрыш, что я видела своими глазами: девушка пришла к нам со 100 евро в кошельке, а ушла с суммой примерно в 50 раз больше.

Я бы хотела еще раз акцентировать внимание читателей на том, что казино – это не то место, куда стоит идти с последними деньгами в надежде заработать. В качестве развлечения – да, это довольно интересный опыт. Но надеяться, что казино станет еще одной статьей дохода, все же не стоит.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    1.2        If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to access and use the Website, and you must immediately stop doing so.

     

    2            Changes

    2.1        We may change these Terms at any time by updating them on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect immediately. You are       responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest Terms. By continuing to access and use the Website, you agree to be bound by the changed

    Terms.

    2.2        We may change, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to, the Website without notice or liability.

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    Website means https://vkcyprus.com/

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

     

    6            Disclaimers

    6.1        To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensors have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:

    a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

    b any error in, or omission from, any information made available through the Website;

    c any exposure to viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system or expose you to fraud when you access or use the Website. To avoid doubt, you are responsible for ensuring the process by which you access and use the Website protects you from this; and

For example, we may need to have your contact information in order to provide you with updates from our Website.

    8.2        The personal information you provide to us is collected and may be used for communicating with you, statistical analysis, the marketing by us of products

    and services to you, credit checks (if necessary), and research and development.

    8.3        We may also collect technical information whenever you log on to, or visit the public version of, our Website. This may include information about the way

    users arrive at, browse through and interact with our Website. We may collect this type of technical information through the use of cookies and other

    means. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive to enable our systems to recognise your browser. If you want

    9.2        On suspension or termination, you must immediately cease using the Website and must not attempt to gain further access.

     

    10         General

    10.1      If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on the Website. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
