О деятельности Фонда: история строительства храма

Проект храмовой территории

Руководство Фонда по реализации проекта строительства храмового комплекса русской православной церкви на Кипре рассказало о том, как шла работа, начиная с идеи и заканчивая днем освящения.

Проект состоит из комплекса зданий на принадлежащей РПЦ земле в районе Калогири в Лимассоле. Комплекс включает православный храм и отдельную колокольню в традициях русской церковной архитектуры XVII века, а также приходской дом. Храм может вместить до 1000 человек, а площадь приходского дома составляет более 1000 кв.м. В нем разместятся классы воскресной школы, трапезная, церковная лавка, апартаменты священника, гостевые комнаты, актовый зал. Комплекс будет оборудован для доступа людей с ограниченными возможностями. На прихрамовой территории также будут работать парковка и детская площадка. Ранее установленная на территории комплекса деревянная церковь будет сохранена.

ИДЕЯ СОЗДАНИЯ ХРАМА

В начале 1990-х годов на Кипр переехали много россиян, среди них – искренне верующие люди. В 1995 году в Лимассоле, по благословению митрополита Лимассольского Хрисанфа, был основан русскоязычный приход. Вскоре приход заявил о желании возвести собственный храм. В 1996 году члены прихода и представители Ассоциации российских бизнесменов на Кипре получили благословение предстоятеля кипрской православной церкви архиепископа Хризостома I и Святейшего Патриарха Московского и всея Руси Алексия II на строительство храма в честь святителя Николая Чудотворца. Из числа земельных участков, предложенных Лимассольской митрополией под строительство храма, был выбран участок в районе Калогири.

ПОЯВЛЕНИЕ ФОНДА

В мае 1997 года участок убрали и установили памятный крест. В августе того же года по рекомендации и благословению иерархов РПЦ и КПЦ для сбора средств был зарегистрирован Фонд строительства храма святителя Николая (The Russian Orthodox Church «St. Nicholas» Fund Ltd). В 1997 году при Фонде был создан Попечительский совет, в который вошли представители прихода и Ассоциации российских бизнесменов. В качестве сопредседателей совет возглавили управляющий делами Московской Патриархии архиепископ Солечногорский Сергий и митрополит Лимассольский Хрисанф.

ПЕРВЫЙ АРХИТЕКТУРНЫЙ ПРОЕКТ

В 1998 году Московским правительством в дар русской православной общине острова была передана небольшая деревянная церковь – копия старейшей из сохранившихся на Руси деревянных церквей XIV века, Лазаревской церкви Муромского монастыря. Церковь была установлена на месте будущего строительства. В этом же году был разработан первый архитектурный проект храма. Одновременно начинается масштабное социальное служение прихода, направленное в первую очередь на помощь соотечественникам, попавшим в сложную жизненную ситуацию. Этот период совпадает с болезнью предстоятеля КПЦ архиепископа Хризостома I и Святейшего Патриарха Московского и Всея Руси Алексия II, что на несколько лет приостановило реализацию проекта.

БЛАГОСЛОВЕНИЕ ХРАМА

В 2006 году единственным Председателем Попечительского совета становится секретарь Московской Патриархии по зарубежным учреждениям епископ Егорьевский Марк. Переработка архитектурного проекта храма была поручена «Архитектурному бюро Воронцова». В 2009 году Патриарх Московский и всея Руси Кирилл дал свое благословение на возведение храма по новому проекту. В 2010 году, в результате проделанной Фондом работы, участок в Калогири был передан в собственность Московской Патриархии досрочно и безвозмездно. Также был решен вопрос об освобождении от уплаты налогов за передачу участка. 9 июня 2012 года, в ходе своего визита в пределы кипрской православной церкви, Святейший Патриарх Московский и всея Руси Кирилл совершил освящение закладного камня нового храма. На торжестве присутствовали предстоятель кипрской православной церкви Хризостом II и митрополит Лимассольский Афанасий.

СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВО КОЛОКОЛЬНИ, ХРАМА И ДОМА ПАЛОМНИКА

Начиная с марта 2013 года , Фонд начинает испытывать серьезные финансовые трудности из-за банковского кризиса на Кипре. Значительная часть средств Фонда была заморожена в местных банках, либо конвертирована в обесценившиеся банковские акции. В конце 2015 года Председателем Попечительского совета становится новоназначенный руководитель Управления по зарубежным учреждениям Московской Патриархии епископ Богородский Антоний. 24 мая 2016 года на участке начинаются строительные работы по возведению колокольни (завершены в апреле 2017 года). 21 июня 2017 года начинаются подготовительные работы по строительству здания храма и дома паломника. В сентябре 2017 года начато их параллельное возведение. В феврале 2019 года были завершены основные бетонные работы по храму. В сентябре 2020 были завершены работы по чистовой отделке приходского дома.

УСТАНОВКА КУПОЛОВ

В ноябре 2020, несмотря на пандемию коронавируса, на Кипр прибыла бригада кровельщиков для сборки и монтажа куполов. 5 февраля 2021 митрополит Лимассольский Афанасий совершил освящение крестов на куполах храма и колокольни по просьбе Патриарха Московского и всея Руси Кирилла. По предварительным данным, с момента начала проекта в 1998 году было собрано почти 7 млн. евро. Ожидаемое полное окончание строительных работ: декабрь 2021 года.

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
