С Новым годом и Рождеством Христовым!

Стандартное западное поздравление с зимними праздниками звучит так: «Счастливого Рождества и Нового года!». В России, однако, порядок поздравлений иной. В эти праздничные дни давайте задумаемся немного над смыслом того, что мы отмечаем.

НОВЫЙ ГОД.

С наступлением нового года мы ждем того, что в нашу жизнь придет столь долгожданное светлое будущее – будущее наших грез и надежд. Шутка ли, начинается с чистого листа абсолютно новый период, в котором мы еще не успели пожить. Эта неизвестность завораживает и волнует. Главное новогоднее пожелание – это, несомненно, «с новым счастьем!» – в нем заключено внутреннее желание человека обрести настоящую радость, обновить свою жизнь.

Новый год представляет собой сложное смешение светских и церковных обычаев. Нельзя забывать, что в советские годы необходимо было придумать аналог Рождеству. Таким аналогом и стал Новый год, вобравший в себя сугубо рождественские традиции – украшение елки, подарки, вифлеемскую звезду (которая стала больше походить на пролетарские рубиновые звезды над Кремлем, а не на ту звезду, которая указывала место рождения Христа). Надо сказать, что проект по вытеснению церковного праздника из народного быта более чем удался, так что и сегодня Новый год почитается в России большим торжеством, нежели Рождество.

Зачастую из этого факта делается вывод о неприемлемости Нового года и о нехристианском характере его встречи. Так ли это? Празднование Нового года 1 января было установлено в Российской империи императором Петром I. До этого, по византийскому обычаю, Новый год отмечался 1 сентября. То есть считалось, что именно 1 сентября старый год уходит и приходит новый. Для того чтобы понять церковное отношение к этому празднику, достаточно заглянуть в богослужебные книги. Этот день отмечен особым богослужением «на начало индикта». Иногда можно услышать, что 1 сентября – «церковный новый год», или «церковное новолетие». Это, однако, не совсем корректно. 1 сентября – это день начала нового гражданского года, установленный как праздник специальным императорским законом в 537 году. Слово «индикт» означало период в 15 лет, по окончании которого с населения взимали подать за прошедший срок. Изначально к Церкви этот день не имел никакого отношения, однако постепенно сформировалось специальное богослужение, основной темой которого стало прошение о благословении наступающего года. Таким образом, празднование гражданского нового года имело место в церковной истории.

РОЖДЕСТВО ХРИСТОВО.

Новый год помогает нам помнить о линейности времени, то есть о том, что время развернуто, как линейка-сантиметр, и год идет за годом, после 2015 наступает 2016 и т.д. Невозможно дважды отпраздновать наступление одного и того же года. А вот Рождество как раз привносит в нашу жизнь цикличность – одно и то же событие мы отмечаем каждый год, причем не просто вспоминаем о нем, а становимся его участниками, вместе переживая то, что произошло в Палестине более 2 000 лет назад.

А что же произошло? Пожилой мужчина по имени Иосиф и его беременная жена Мария (которая женой являлась только по названию, ведь супружеских отношений между ними не было) отправились в город Вифлеем, откуда происходил сам Иосиф, чтобы поучаствовать там в переписи населения (такая система переписи – запись в своем родном городе – была принята для удобства переписчиков, ведших статистику). Зарегистрировавшись в чиновничьих книгах, Иосиф и его супруга стали искать, где бы переночевать, однако из-за обилия постояльцев и нежелании брать ответственность за беременную девушку, все им отказывали. В итоге кто-то сжалился и пустил их в хлев, где жила домашняя скотина. Там у Марии начались роды, которые прошли быстро и безболезненно, так что она сама смогла сразу же запеленать новорожденного младенца. Так, в хлеву среди соломы и зверей родился Творец и Спаситель мира, Сын Божий. При рождении Ему дали имя Иешуа (в греческой огласовке «Иисус»).

Неподалеку стерегли свои стада пастухи. Им явилось ангельское воинство, прославляющее Бога – так что и сами пастыри пожелали пойти и поклониться Новорожденному. А над пещерой зажглась звезда, которая в итоге привела к святому семейству трех восточных жрецов (волхвов), издавна ожидавших рождение своего Царя в пещере, на месте, особо указанном звездами.

Кем же был этот Младенец, рождение которого происходило в таких простых условиях, но при этом явно сопровождалось явлениями славы Божией? О Его предназначении было сказано прямо, Его знали и ангелы, и пастухи, и жрецы, и Мария, и престарелый Иосиф, однако Он был еще таким маленьким и беззащитным, какими обычно бывают младенцы, так что нужно было иметь особое внимание, чтобы не забыть все то, что было открыто в эту ночь. Младенец действительно производил впечатление обычного ребенка, также плакал, Его кормили, меняли пеленки, то есть делали все обычные для такого возраста вещи. Не было грома и молний, огненных явлений или чудесных побед над дикими животными (о чем мы читаем в мифологиях разных народов), а была простая тихая человеческая радость в ничем неприметной семье, которую никто не смог приютить в нормальном жилище, но которую в итоге приютил и прославил Сам Бог.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    1.2        If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to access and use the Website, and you must immediately stop doing so.

    2.1        We may change these Terms at any time by updating them on the Website. Unless stated otherwise, any change takes effect immediately.     3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
