Рецепты здорового питания школьника

«Завтрак съешь сам, обед раздели с другом, а ужин отдай врагу». Это замечательное высказывание приписывают великому русскому полководцу Александру Васильевичу Суворову. Действительно, значение завтрака для нашего организма трудно переоценить. Идеально, если ребенок перед школой может успеть что-­то перекусить. Но так бывает далеко не у всех. Еще труднее продумать ланч, который ребенок съест в школе. Поэтому в этой статье мы бы хотели поделиться с вами своим собственным опытом и любимыми нетипичными рецептами.

ЗАВТРАК
Семена чиа можно назвать кладезем питательных веществ. Они содержат 20% омега-3 кислот, являются настоящим полноценным белком и содержат все 8 незаменимых аминокислот. В чиа очень много антиоксидантов и положительно влияют на уровень глюкозы в крови. Особенно важно то, что семена чиа содержат в пять раз больше кальция, чем молоко, в семь раз больше витамина С, чем апельсины, в три раза больше железа, чем шпинат, и в два раза больше калия, чем в банане.
Семена чиа увеличиваются в 9-12 раз в воде, а когда мы их съедаем, то они, словно метелка, прочищают желудочно-кишечный тракт, помогая устранить старые накопленные отходы в кишечнике. Постоянное употребление этих семян позволяет сохранить кожу увлажненной, а также предотвратить потерю жидкости при физической нагрузке.

РЕЦЕПТ ЧИА-ПУДИНГА
Заливаем семена чиа любым ореховым или кокосовым молоком в пропорции 1:3 (одна порция семян на 3 порции молока). В процессе постоянно помешиваем – это очень важно, иначе семена сразу же схватятся в комочки.
Также чиа можно замочить в свежем соке или смеси сока с ореховым или кокосовым молоком. Даем постоять минут 20-30 и выкладываем сверху любые любимые фрукты или ягоды. Сейчас сезон маракуйи – вместе с чиа они дают замечательное сочетание. Либо это могут быть апельсины, ананас, ягоды. Все! Вкуснейший полезный завтрак готов!
Можно выложить его в стеклянную баночку слоями: слой замоченных чиа, слой фруктов или ягод и так далее. Получится не только вкусно, но и красиво.

ЛАНЧ
Наши дети проводят в школе огромное количество времени. Что можно положить в ланч-бокс, чтобы еда поддерживала энергию ребенка? Нам важно, чтобы завтрак для нашего ребенка был питательным, полезным и в то же время «симпатичным», потому что даже самая полезная еда может весь день проваляться на дне рюкзака. Домашний завтрак особенно важен для малышей, только начинающих ходить в детский сад или школу. С физической стороны это просто перекус, а с метафизической – немного маминой поддержки в разгар «трудового дня», маленькое домашнее «я люблю тебя» посреди большого нового мира.
Для завтрака в школе подойдут любые фрукты и овощи. По нашему опыту дети любят если еда порезана на кусочки и сложена в коробочку. Например, морковь, яблоко, капуста кольраби. В морковь и кольраби можно добавить немного меда и капельку лимонного сока. Можно использовать также огурцы или нарезанный на небольшие палочки сельдерей.
О пользе сухофруктов говорить можно долго. Для школьных зав-траков они хороши прежде всего тем, что не пачкают рук и ими можно быстро и легко перекусить.
Если заранее смешать сухо-фрукты и орехи и сделать пять пакетиков, получится замечательный школьный перекус.

ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ШАРИКИ
15 фиников замочить на ночь в холодной воде, утром снять шкурку и вынуть косточку. Финики перемолоть вместе с 130 гр. миндаля, добавить 1 чайную ложку какао, 1 чайную ложку сиропа кароба. Скатать шарики и обвалять их в кокосовой стружке. Они выглядят очень аппетитно, если положить каждый шарик в бумажную розеточку.

РЕХОВОЕ ПЕЧЕНЬЕ
Ингредиенты: миндаль 150 гр., рисовая мука 250 гр., масло сливочное 50 гр., оливковое масло 50 грамм, мед 100 гр., пищевая сода 1 ч.л. Можно добавить немного мякоти лимона – получится лимонный привкус.
Перемелоть орехи, смешать с мукой и содой, добавить масло и в последнюю очередь мед. У вас получится вязкое тесто. Оставьте его на час в холодильнике. Затем сформуйте печенье и выпекайте при температуре 150 градусов не менее 15 минут, в зависимости от духовки.

ЖЕЛЕ
Еще одним помощником в создании вкусного перекуса может стать желе. Лучше использовать агар-агар. Это натуральное желирующее вещество, экстрагированное из морских водорослей. Он гораздо более полезен, чем обычный пищевой желатин.
Если вы хотите сделать желе из свежих овощей и фруктов, то сначала вам нужно приготовить фруктовое пюре. На каждые 250 мл фруктового пюре возьмите 1 чайную ложку агара. Агар залейте 50 граммами воды и оставьте на 15 минут. Затем вскипятите его и только потом добавьте во фруктовое пюре. Таким образом вы избегаете лишнего нагревания фрукта и потери части его полезных свойств. Можно также делать желе из кокосового молока. Тогда агар можно замочить в молоке, затем довести до кипения, дать немного остыть и разлить в формочки.
Собирая ребенку завтрак в школу, постарайтесь избежать еды с красителями, термофильными дрожжами, избытком сахара и консервантов. Они совершенно не нужны растущему организму. И хотя здоровый завтрак требует вдвое больше возни, поверьте, ваш ребенок стоит этих усилий!
