Гид по фермерским рынкам Никосии и Лимассола

Сегодня мы отправимся на прогулку по фермерским рынкам Кипра и расскажем, почему их обязательно стоит посетить хотя бы один раз. Честно говоря, время от времени я предпочитаю отправиться именно туда, несмотря на огромное количество хороших фруктовых лавок и супермаркетов. В выходные дни так приятно неспешно прогуляться мимо фруктово­овощных рядов и прикупить что­то необыкновенное и свежее!

КТО РАНО ВСТАЕТ
Обычно кипрские рынки в определенные дни разворачиваются прямо на парковках. Правда зачастую многие из них работают не в самое удобное время. Но жителям Лимассола и Никосии, как всегда, повезло. В этих городах рынки работают в выходные.
Кипучая деятельность рынков на Кипре начинается очень рано. Некоторые из них открываются в 5 утра, тогда же появляются и первые покупатели. Но не переживайте, даже если вы придете к 11 утра, вы все равно обнаружите прекрасный выбор продуктов. А вот ближе к 12 рынок начинает «сворачиваться» и уже к часу дня ничего не напоминает о том, что всего пару часов назад здесь шла оживленная торговля.

СПРАШИВАЙТЕ!
Основное правило: не бойтесь задавать вопросы: продает ли торговец местные продукты? И если да, то где они были выращены? Когда их срезали или законсервировали? Дело в том, что не все продукты на рынках местные. Иногда продавцы закупают обычные импортные продукты и выдают их за деревенские. Однако искушенный покупатель сразу же обнаружит «подделку».
Кстати, обратите внимание, что на рынке оплата происходит только за наличный расчет. Поэтому, чтобы не терять время в поисках близлежащего банкомата, лучше запастись наличностью заранее.
Итак, отправляемся в путешествие и познакомимся с основными фермерскими рынками на Кипре и узнаем их особенности.

ФЕРМЕРСКИЕ РЫНКИ В НИКОСИИ
Oxi Square Market
Где: раньше рынок располагался на площади Oxi (Leoforos Konstantinou Palaiologou, Constanza Bastion, Lefkosia) в центре Старого города, но сейчас он временно переехал на большую парковку Konstantinou Palaiologou Street, от улицы Ledra вы за несколько минут дойдете до него пешком.
Когда: среда и суббота с 6 утра до 16.00.
Что покупать: фрукты, овощи, традиционные мясные деликатесы, оливки, цветы, деревенский хлеб.
Парковка: как правило, место найти проблематично. Но в 100 метрах расположена дополнительная парковка или вы можете припарковать машину прямо у рынка.
Почему стоит пойти: это один из самых больших рынков на Кипре с огромным выбором фруктов и овощей. Здесь же вы можете найти редкие местные деликатесы.
Обязательно: в феврале и марте попытайтесь найти мелкую клубнику, в супермаркетах ее не продают.

Strovolos Market
Где: Dimitri Vikellou Street, рядом с бывшим супермаркетом «Орфанидис» в районе Строволоса.
Когда: пятница с 6 утра до 16.00.
Что покупать: фрукты, овощи, традиционные мясные деликатесы.
Парковка: проблем не возникает.
Почему стоит пойти: хороший выбор фруктов и овощей в районе Строволоса.

Agios Antonios Market (крытый)
Где: Evgenias & Antoniou Theodotou, 1.
Когда: с понедельника по субботу с 7.30 утра до 17.00, в среду – до 14.00, в субботу – до 16.00.
Что покупать: фрукты, овощи, традиционные мясные деликатесы, оливки, цветы, деревенский хлеб и сыры. На рынке работает небольшая кофейня.
Парковка: могут возникнуть проблемы, придется немного поискать.
Почему стоит пойти: удачное расположение в центре города и хороший выбор продуктов, включая рыбу, сыры и овощи. Поскольку рынок крытый, даже в плохую погоду можно спокойно выбрать продукты.

ЛИМАССОЛ
Organic Farmers’ Market
Где: прямо на выезде с улицы Lisimahou, Агия Фила (+99 332 581). На съезде Ayia Fyla поверните по направлению в горы. Когда вы доберетесь до второй бакалеи, справа обратите внимание на небольшую дорогу. Двигайтесь по ней, затем поверните налево на первом повороте и затем направо. Вы увидите дом и поля.
Когда: каждую субботу с утра до 13.00.
Что покупать: фрукты, овощи, свежие яйца, мясо кролика, домашний органический сыр.
Парковка: с парковкой проблем не возникает.
Почему стоит пойти: единственный рынок с органическими продуктами на Кипре. Очень приветливая хозяйка.

Limassol Municipal Market (крытый)
Где: старый город, Georgiou Gennadiou, за центральной автобусной станцией.
Когда: с понедельника по субботу с 5.30 утра до 14.30, среда – до 13.30.
Что покупать: фрукты, овощи, свежую рыбу и мясо, традиционные мясные деликатесы, цветы, сладости, деревенский хлеб, кондитерские изделия, суверниры.
Парковка: рынок расположен рядом с основной автобусной станцией, где существует множество парковочных мест.
Почему стоит пойти: мы любим Старый город и нам нравится не просто сходить на рынок, но и побродить по его узеньким улочкам. Кроме того, здесь хороший выбор продуктов, рыбы и традиционных деликатесов.

Village Market
Где: если вы спускаетесь с трассы на Germasogia и едите по улице Грива Дигени (Griva Digeni) по направлению к улице Макариос (Makariou avenue), сверните направо к старому магазину Jumbo.
Когда: каждую субботу с утра до 13.00.
Что покупать: фрукты, овощи, свежие яйца и мясо птицы, деревенский хлеб, традиционные мясные деликатесы, сладости и т.п.
Парковка: иногда проблематично найти место.
Почему стоит пойти: покупайте свежее куриное мясо, шефталью и яйца у фермера, который продает продукцию в правом углу рынка. Периодически он привозит яйца от черных кур, которые отличаются низким содержанием холестерина.

    1            Application of terms

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
