2017/2018: итоги и планы

Вот и наступил долгожданный 2018 год. По традиции, в новогодний период нужно подводить итоги прошлого года и строить новые планы на следующий год.

О самых серьезных темах, в том числе о внешней и внутренней политике Кипра и о переговорах в швейцарском Кран-Монтана мы пишем на стр. 8–9, а в рамках этой редакционной статьи я напомню вам о других значимых событиях прошлого года и расскажу о том, что важного, на мой взгляд, может произойти в 2018 году.

2017 год запомнится приватизацией порта Лимассола (и связанными с ней скандалами), запуском проекта по строительству первого на Кипре казино, повышением международных рейтингов Республики Кипр и снижением процентных ставок по государственным займам. ВВП Кипра значительно вырос, экономическая ситуация в стране стабилизировалась, наметились улучшения во всех сферах бизнеса. Во второй половине года в парламенте проголосовали за реформу системы здравоохранения, которую готовили более 20 лет, и одобрили создание нового подминистерства шипинга. Президент Кипра побывал в Москве: встречи Никоса Анастасиадиса с Владимиром Путиным и Дмитрием Медведевым прошли конструктивно и еще больше укрепили деловые и дружеские связи двух стран.

На шельфе Кипра провели очередную разведку углеводородов: к сожалению, найденных запасов газа для коммерческой разработки недостаточно. За год Кипр принял более тысячи беженцев. Парламент Кипра одобрил закон, согласно которому продажа земли под застройку облагается налогом на добавленную стоимость (НДС) по ставке 19%. В 2017 на Кипре бастовали больше, чем когда-либо прежде: по очереди забастовки объявляли врачи, учителя, водители автобусов, спасатели и таксисты…

В Никосии была построена первая на Кипре русская церковь, которая, я уверена, быстро станет одной из главных достопримечательностей острова. В 2017 году, когда Пафос гордо нес звание культурной столицы Европы, на Кипре было принято решение создать Академию наук и искусств и обсерваторию, а в порту Лимассола сдан в эксплуатацию новый пассажирский терминал. Почти каждый месяц на Кипре отмечались рекорды по количеству туристов. Кипрский яхтсмен Павлос Контидис стал чемпионом мира в классе гоночных яхт «Лазер», Роман Старикович – создал первую в истории кипрскую команду, принявшую участие в ралли «Даккар».

Чего ожидать в 2018 году? Самое главное – экономическая ситуация и инвестиционный климат продолжат улучшаться. Пройдут выборы президента. Победителя, кажется, легко угадать. Но как показали выборы мэра Лимассола, в этой сфере возможны сюрпризы. В следующем году Кипр продолжит платить по кредитам, и внешний долг страны снизится почти до показателей «лучших времен». Все и сейчас неплохо – долг же менее 100% ВВП. Ожидается, что бюджет будет профицитным, а программа «гражданство в обмен на инвестиции» хоть и станет менее доступной, но, продолжая работать, принесет в экономику страны еще пару миллиардов евро.

Кипр посетит Президент России, что должно еще более укрепить взаимопонимание между двумя странами на всех уровнях. В мае 2018 года вступит в силу Европейская директива по защите данных, которая значительно изменит то, как на Кипре – и в Европе – ведут бизнес. Кроме того, на острове будут запрещены операции с наличными на сумму более 10 тыс. евро (включая оплату аренды и покупку крупных товаров, например, автомобилей).

Но в принципе – если смотреть на общую картину – 2018 год должен стать для Кипра очень удачным во всех отношениях.

Для «Вестника Кипра» он точно будет лучше, чем предыдущие. Мы постепенно восстанавливаемся после кризиса, удалось расплатиться с долгами, оптимизировать работу всех подразделений, увеличить количество успешных мероприятий и проектов.

Самыми крупными событиями 2018 года для нас станут конференции DMC-CY, BEST INVEST, BEST LEGAL, два форума Health&Beauty и, конечно, Кипрско-российский фестиваль. Мы занимаемся и большим новым проектом – THE FUTURE WEEK, в рамках которого пройдет сразу три масштабных мероприятия.

Бумажная версия газеты будет выходить раз в месяц. Благодаря этому будет еще лучше работать реклама, а главное – электронная версия «Вестника Кипра» станет еще более информативной, оперативной и разнообразной. По факту мы давно уже стали ежедневной онлайн-газетой. Теперь сможем предлагать рекламодателям сразу большой пакет: бумажная версия раз в месяц, рассылка три раза в неделю, ежедневный веб-сайт, мгновенное размещение в социальных сетях. А главное – непосредственный контакт с людьми во время наших мероприятий. В 2018 году таких мероприятий будет 30.

Успешно работает наш образовательный центр: уже идет запись на следующий учебный год, а экспресс-курсы запускаются каждые пару недель. Бюро переводов набирает обороты. При «Вестнике Кипра» теперь открылась и PR-служба, а в 2018 году начнет работу деловой клуб, который объединит более тысячи руководителей кипрских и международных компаний.

Журналу «Успешный бизнес» исполнится семь лет, и в честь этого мы сделаем специальный выпуск, представив читателю всех наших друзей и клиентов – спонсоров и рекламодателей.

Новый год – это отличный повод подвести итоги и сделать выводы, наметить цели, спланировать ближайшие действия. Мы поздравляем читателей с наступлением 2018 года и желаем, чтобы он принес всем нам только хорошее. Здоровья вам, радости, счастья, больше приятных событий! Давайте будем стараться замечать побольше хорошего вокруг, почаще встречаться с дорогими и близкими людьми, обязательно выделять время на то, чтобы заниматься любимым делом!     1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
