Ревность – соль любви

Вопрос: «Моего мужа постоянно мучает ревность. Он ревнует меня ко всем, изматывает подозрительностью, постоянно проверяет, где я и с кем, требует, чтобы я как можно больше времени проводила с ним. Я не даю ему поводов для подобного отношения, но ничего не могу поделать. Как убедить его в том, что мне никто, кроме него, не нужен? Как помочь ему избавиться от ревности?»

Ревность в большей или меньшей степени присуща всем без исключения. При этом у разных людей она проявляется по-разному, и не все могут это чувство контролировать. Все зависит от индивидуальных качеств человека. К тому же, ревность кто-то воспринимает негативно, а кто-то – позитивно. Одни считают, что ревность убивает любовь, а другие, наоборот, видят в ревности прямое доказательство любви, ведь если человек ревнует партнера, значит, боится его потерять. Полнейшее же отсутствие ревности может свидетельствовать о равнодушии и безразличии.

Ревность – это чувство, реакция человека на внешний мир, в основе своей стихийная, оказывающая влияние на поведение человека вопреки его воле.

ИСТОКИ РЕВНОСТИ
Зарождается это чувство еще в детстве: ревнуя своих родителей, дети начинают бороться за их внимание и безраздельную любовь, которые нужны им для выживания. В юном возрасте это может выражаться обидой, капризами, плаксивостью, агрессией, страхом. Подрастая, добиваясь успехов, ребенок учится более осознанно выражать свои чувства, справляться с эмоциями, становится более уверенным в себе и в любви родителей.
Но часто бывает и так, что недостаток внимания, любви, уважения со стороны окружающих приводит к развитию таких качеств, как неуверенность, заниженная самооценка, болезненное самолюбие, страх потери и страх одиночества, которые со временем лишь усиливаются и во взрослом возрасте приводят к развитию неуправляемой ревности, мешающей человеку строить прочные и гармоничные отношения.

Ревность – это неуверенность, страх, ущемленное самолюбие, эгоизм, зависть.

НЕУВЕРЕННОСТЬ В СЕБЕ
Ревность часто ассоциируется с любовью, но на самом деле неотъемлемым проявлением настоящей любви является не ревность, а умение доверять парт-
неру и уважать в нем личность. Ревнивцы не уважают не только себя, но и своих любимых, постоянно унижая их и обижая необоснованной подозрительностью и недоверием.
Самодостаточные, уверенные в своей привлекательности и уважающие себя люди не склонны к болезненной ревности. Они способны выражать любовь к партнеру через нежность и заботу, а не обиды и агрессию.
Ревнивцы же постоянно требуют от партнеров доказательств любви, устраивают истерики, скандалы, шантажируют тем, что покончат жизнь самоубийством, если партнер их бросит. Все это объясняется низкой самооценкой и неверием в то, что в случае расставания с партнером они легко смогут найти ему замену. То есть неуверенностью в своей конкурентоспособности и страхом остаться в одиночестве и быть никому не нужным, а также эмоциональной неудовлетворенностью, если необходимое им внимание, любовь, уважение и другие ресурсы партнер отдает кому-то другому.

САМОЛЮБИЕ И РЕПУТАЦИЯ
Причиной ревности нередко может стать и раздутое самолюбие, и страх потери уважения окружающих. Такие ревнивцы считают, что измена партнера подрывает их репутацию, поскольку другие люди воспринимают ее как свидетельство их сексуальной несостоятельности или непривлекательности.
Такие люди обычно считают своих партнеров своей собственностью, которой можно распоряжаться, как вздумается. Они не стремятся создать равноправные отношения – они хотят владеть своими партнерами. Ревность охватывает их, когда партнер заявляет о своих интересах и желаниях, вопреки их воле. И выражается такая ревность в довольно агрессивной форме. Ведь такой человек боится потерять не любимого, а веру в собственное величие.

ЭГОИЗМ И ЗАВИСТЬ
Ревнивцами также могут быть люди, которые изменяют сами и уверены, что любимый человек тоже только тем и занимается, что ищет отношений на стороне. Они проецируют свое поведение на других и не верят в то, что могут существовать такие качества, как верность и преданность. Ревность таких людей – это желание ограничить других, не ограничивая при этом себя. И она происходит не от страха потерять, а из желания иметь как можно больше. Среди взрослых людей много таких эгоистов.
Зависть также может служить причиной ревности. Завистники считают, что и те, кого они ревнуют, и те, к кому они ревнуют, получают от жизни больше, чем они сами. Они не замечают, как прекрасна их жизнь, а зациклены на том, что у других людей жизнь лучше.

БЕЗ ПРОВОКАЦИЙ
Не стоит также провоцировать партнера на ревность, чтобы убедиться в его любви. Ведь ревность может породить недоверие, которое в дальнейшем разрастется и разрушит отношения. Вместе с ревностью, как я уже говорила выше, придут напряжение, нервозность, страх, неуверенность и обиды. Уважайте чувства своего партнера и не играйте с ними.

В заключение хотелось бы также сказать, что ревность можно осознать, переформатировать и извлечь из нее пользу. Ревность может помочь нам начать беречь отношения, научиться ценить то, что мы имеем, и бороться за свое счастье.
Ведь обратная сторона ревности – это безразличие (к отношениям и к партнеру) и излишняя самоуверенность, убежденность в том, что всегда можно найти партнеру замену. Это отсутствие заинтересованности в сохранении отношений, нежелание понимать и прощать партнера, слабость и нежелание преодолевать трудности.
Поэтому не нужно видеть в ревности только негатив. Как и любое чувство, ревность – и свою и чужую – очень важно понимать и принимать, изучить, что ее вызывает и как ее контролировать. Конечно, при условии, что эта ревность здоровая и разумная.

Ревность иногда называют солью любви. Недостаточно ревности – и любовь становится пресной, слишком много – и любовь становится несъедобной.

Ревность может сочетать в себе целую гамму чувств. И чтобы разобраться с мучающей вас или вашего партнера ревностью, взять ее под контроль, нужно понимать, какие чувства и в какой степени питают вашу ревность. Если самостоятельно сделать это не получается, парт-нерам необходимо обратиться за помощью к семейному психологу. В ходе консультации можно будет понять, какая психологическая проблема скрывается под маской ревности, и в индивидуальной или совместной терапии решить ее и излечиться от ревности.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
