Солнце в радость!

Лето надвигается со всей своей неумолимостью. И мы все чаще, даже несмотря на затянувшиеся холода, начинаем задумываться о красивом загаре. И раз сезон совсем «на носу», предлагаем вашему вниманию материал, в котором мы хотим рассказать вам обо всех плюсах и минусах солнечных лучей. А также о том, как сделать свое пребывание на солнце максимально полезным и безопасным.

НАЧНЕМ С ПОЛЬЗЫ!
Конечно же, первое, что приходит в голову, когда говорится о пользе солнца — выработка витамина D. И это правда. Только имейте в виду, что для того, чтобы получить его адекватную дозу, достаточно всего дважды в неделю провести 15 минут на улице с открытым лицом и руками.
Солнце снижает артериальное давление, уменьшает риск инфарктов и инсультов. Причина в том, что солнечное излучение стимулирует выработку монооксида азота NO. Который в микродозах расширяет сосуды, снижает артериальное давление, стимулирует иммунитет, работу мозга и т. д.
Пребывание на солнце помогает справляться с инфекционными заболеваниями. Многие вирусы, находящиеся на коже, дезактивируются в ультрафиолетовом спектре.

«ЛОЖКА ДЕГТЯ»
Однако есть одно «НО». Специалисты здравоохранения консервативны и не устают предупреждать об опасности избытка ультрафиолета в солнечных лучах. Что же возникает, когда вы подвергаетесь избыточному солнечному излучению?
УФ—излучение и солнечные ожоги в разы повышают риск возникновения трех типов рака кожи. Один из них — меланома. Эта злокачественная опухоль человека развивается из меланоцитов — пигментных клеток, продуцирующих меланин (природный темный пигмент, содержащийся в коже, волосах и сетчатке глаза).
УФ—излучение вызывает фотокератит и фотоконъюнктивит (воспаление роговицы и конъюнктивы). А также катаракту (помутнение хрусталика, приводящее к ухудшению зрения и иногда к слепоте), птеригиум (белое образование на поверхности глаза) или плоскоклеточную карциному роговицы или конъюнктивы (редкий вид опухоли на поверхности глаза).
Фотодерматит, в отличие от загара, — это ненормальная реакция кожи на солнечные лучи. Проявляется в виде шелушения кожи, покраснения и даже волдырей сразу же после контакта с солнцем. В народе это обычно называют «аллергией на солнце».
Фотостарение кожи. Из—за активного воздействия солнечных лучей в коже начинают происходить процессы, сходные с возрастным старением: утолщается эпидермис, замедляется клеточное обновление и кожа становится более сухой, шершавой и грубой. Из—за изменений в структуре коллагеновых и эластиновых волокон кожа теряет упругость, как бы «проседает».
Фототоксичность. С осторожностью стоит загорать людям, применяющим определенные лекарственные препараты, потому как велик риск фототоксичности. Под воздействием солнца вещества начинают вступать в неконтролируемую химическую реакцию, вызывая внутренние ожоги тканей. Сильно фототоксичны такие препараты, как сульфаниламиды, барбитураты, аминазин, некоторые антибиотики (доксициклин, тетрациклин), антигистаминные препараты, некоторые сердечно—сосудистые, цитостатики, нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (ибупрофен), оральные контрацептивы.

ОТ ЧЕГО ЗАВИСИТ УРОВЕНЬ УФ—ИЗЛУЧЕНИЯ
В первую очередь, конечно, это высота солнца: чем выше солнце на небе, тем больше УФ—лучей. И хотя максимальная высота солнца приходится в период с 11:00 до 15:00 местного времени, есть ряд факторов, которые могут усилить УФ—радиацию и в другие периоды:
— отражение от земли: многие поверхности отражают солнечные лучи и увеличивают количество ультрафиолета (например, трава, почва и вода отражают менее 10% УФ—радиации, свежий снег — более 80%, сухой песок — 15%, морская пена — 25%);
— географическая широта местности (чем ближе к экватору, тем больше УФ—радиации);
— высота над уровнем моря (УФ—радиация увеличивается на 5% с каждой тысячей метров);
— УФ—радиация выше при ясном небе. Но не стоит забывать, что даже при облачности она может быть довольно высокой.

КАК ПРАВИЛЬНО ЗАГОРАТЬ?
Правильно поступают те, кто начинает готовиться к пляжному сезону с апреля. Для первых выходов на солнце — достаточно показать руки, ноги и лицо на 15—20 минут. Через несколько дней, на то же время, можно раздеться до купальника. Весной нужно стараться поймать каждый солнечный денек и не отказывать себе в прогулках в обеденный перерыв.
Существует ряд правил, которые также желательно соблюдать:
— ограничьте пребывание под полуденным солнцем. Самое полезное время для принятия солнечных ванн — это время с 6:00 до 10:00 и с 16:00 до 19:00;
— носите головные уборы для защиты лица и шеи и солнцезащитные очки с 99—100—процентной защитой от UV—A и UV—B лучей;
— наносите солнцезащитный крем в зависимости от климатической зоны и своего цветотипа за 20 минут до выхода на солнце;
— не используйте прошлогодние средства для загара — они могут испортиться и лишить вас нужной защиты;
— пользуйтесь на пляже только специальной летней косметикой: парфюм не должен содержать спирта и эфирных масел, иначе велик риск аллергии и возникновения пигментных пятен;
— перед принятием солнечных ванн не мойте тело и лицо гелем для душа или мылом: вы смываете естественный липидный слой кожи;
— перед длительным заплывом также наносите солнцезащитное средство — вода не спасет от ультрафиолетовых лучей.

ДИЕТА ДЛЯ ЗАГАРА
Красивый загар во многом зависит от того, какие продукты мы употребляем в пищу. Самым сильным природным активатором загара является бета—каротин. Он усиливает выработку пигмента меланина, который придает коже красивый оттенок. Больше всего бета—каротина содержится в моркови, абрикосах, дыне, арбузах, красном перце, яблоках и грушах.
Также большую роль в производстве меланина играет аминокислота тирозин. Большое количество которого содержится в продуктах животного происхождения: печень, красное мясо, рыба (тунец, треска). Кроме того, он содержится в фасоли, миндале и авокадо.

ЕСЛИ ВЫ «СГОРЕЛИ»
Необходимо охладить пораженную кожу. Например, 10—15 минут постоять под прохладным душем или обтереться водным раствором белого винного уксуса.
Для обезболивания можно принять «Аспирин», «Парацетамол» или «Ибупрофен». Уменьшить жжение и зуд помогут антигистаминные препараты.
Для уменьшения воспаления, болевых ощущений и скорейшего заживления поврежденной солнцем кожи, необходимо воспользоваться специальными средствами, которые можно приобрести в аптеке. Но ни в коем случае нельзя мазать пораженную кожу маслом, сметаной, спиртом, одеколоном и т.д.
Пейте больше жидкости: прохладные чаи, морсы, компоты.
Если на коже появились волдыри, то ни в коем случае нельзя их трогать и заниматься самолечением.
При появлении признаков теплового удара: отсутствие пота, горячая покрасневшая кожа, головная боль, головокружение, спутанность сознания, тошнота, рвота, судороги, неровный или слабый и частый пульс, потеря сознания, высокая (39—41°С) температура тела — срочно обратитесь к врачу.

Людей, у которых подозревается меланома, я вижу очень часто. Только в моей практике это число составляет примерно 20 человек в год. Так что считаю эту проблему чрезвычайно серьезной и призываю всех очень внимательно относиться к своему пребыванию на солнце. Особенно это относится к белокожим людям, которым солнцезащитный крем нужно наносить не только летом, но и зимой.
Советую вам регулярно осматривать свою кожу. И если вы увидите, что ваши родинки увеличились в размере, стали ассиметричны или изменили цвет, а также, возможно, стали кровоточить или чесаться, немедленно обратитесь к врачу—дерматологу!

    1            Application of terms

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
