Количество заявок на убежище растет

В мае 2022 года на Кипре было зарегистрировано в общей сложности 2560 новых прошений о предоставлении убежища. Это на 530 заявлений больше, чем в апреле 2022 года. Статистику публикует «Евростат».

Ситуация одинакова на всей территории ЕС

В мае 2022 года число новых просителей убежища в Европейском союзе увеличилось на 17% по сравнению с апрелем этого года и на 89% по сравнению с маем 2021 года. В абсолютных цифрах ситуация выглядит следующим образом: в мае 2021 года – 33 385 заявок, в апреле 2022 года – 54 145, в мае 2022 – 63 105.

На Кипре в мае 2021 года было зарегистрировано в общей сложности 1175 заявок на статус беженца, в апреле 2022 года – 2030, в мае 2022 года – 2560.

Больше всего новых прошений на Кипре в мае этого года зарегистрировано от граждан Нигерии (460 человек), Сирии (420 человек), Демократической Республики Конго (390 человек), Пакистана (265 человек) и Афганистана (240 человек). Этот список немного отличается от того, что был актуален для мая 2021 года, в нем нет Сомали и Индии, зато добавились Нигерия и Афганистан.

С Востока заявок растет, из Украины – снижается

По данным «Евростата», рост числа беженцев на уровне всего ЕС в период с апреля по май 2022 года отчасти объясняется увеличением миграционных потоков из Венесуэлы (+32%, с 3655 до 4820) и Сирии (+24%, с 6485 до 8025).

В мае этого года в Евросоюзе большинство новых прошений о предоставлении убежища было подано гражданами Сирии (8025 заявлений), за которыми следуют граждане Афганистана (7695), Венесуэлы (4820), Колумбии (3535) и Пакистана (2890). Количество заявок на статус беженца от граждан Украины серьезно сократилось: с 12 885 в марте до 1510 в апреле и 1295 в мае.

Больше всего беженцев прибывает в Германию

22% от всех заявок на статус беженца было подано в Германии (в абсолютных цифрах — 13 855). За ней по количеству новых заявок следуют Испания (10 200 или 16% от общего числа), Франция (9800, примерно те же 16%), Италия (6450 или 10%) и Австрия (5645 или 9%). Новые заявки на статус беженца в этих пяти государствах дают 73% от всех новых заявок в ЕС.

2635 заявок были поданы несопровождаемыми несовершеннолетними, что на 97% больше, чем в мае 2021 года, когда это число составляло 1335, и на 17% больше, чем в апреле 2022 года (2260). Большинство из них прибыли из  Афганистана (1215 человек), Сирии (460 человек) и Сомали (165 человек). Тремя государствами, в которых в мае 2022 года было подано наибольшее количество заявлений от несопровождаемых несовершеннолетних, стали Австрия (770 человек), Германия (435 человек) и, внезапно, Болгария (320 человек).

Пятеро организаторов трафика задержаны

Тем временем пять человек были задержаны по подозрению в организации человеческого трафика и помощи гражданам третьих стран незаконно проникнуть на территорию Республики Кипр.

Как сообщил представитель полиции Христос Андреу, около 14:15 в среду 24 августа у Каво Греко была обнаружена лодка. Два часа спустя к ней подошел катер портовой полиции. Инспекторы обнаружили на борту пятерых взрослых мужчин из Сирии. Около 19:00 в поле зрения стражей порядка попала еще одна лодка. В ней находились 32 беженца. Все они – мужчины. Из них семеро –несовершеннолетние. Оба судна были в очень плохом состоянии и медленно тонули. Из-за этого всех пассажиров собрали на катере и доставили в Паралимни. Беженцы сообщили полиции, что они отплыли рано утром в среду 24 августа от побережья Сирии.

Меры приняты

По словам Андреу, в ходе полицейского опроса появились показания против пяти мужчин, которые, по-видимому, причастны к организации трафика. Дальнейшее расследование выявило: одному из них запрещен въезд в Республику Кипр, так как ранее он был депортирован. Пятеро мужчин были арестованы и предстанут перед судом. Остальные прибывшие переведены в центр приема беженцев «Пурнара».

Около 15:00 25 августа у Каво Греко была обнаружена третья лодка, на борту которой находились 17 человек.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
