Как перевезти питомца из России на Кипр

Перевезти любимую собаку или кошку на остров Афродиты проще, чем думают многие. Какие нужны документы и как подготовить четвероногого друга к перелету, расскажем в этой статье: пройдемся по пунктам чек-листа.

Прежде всего стоит убедиться, что ваше животное можно ввозить на Кипр – и у нас уже есть материал о том, каких питомцев привозить запрещено.

инструкция Россельхознадзора;
требования на сайте Министерства сельского хозяйства Кипра;
• правила перевоза животных авиакомпании, которой вы собираетесь лететь (например, Cyprus Airways или Utair).

Представляем вам чек-лист из 10 шагов.

1. У моего питомца есть микрочип

Без паники, процедура чипирования для животного проходит не больнее, чем обычная прививка. Сделать эту процедуру можно в ветклинике. По размеру микрочип – как рисовое зернышко, он вводится в холку животного. Чип хранит в себе уникальный 15-значный код – это не случайный набор цифр, а своего рода ключ для базы данных, где хранится основная информация о питомце: порода, окрас, кличка, данные о вакцинации, имя хозяина и контактные данные. Эти 15 цифр вклеиваются в ветеринарный паспорт, а на ветконтроле сотрудник просканирует микрочип, получит его номер и убедится, что вся информация в паспорте относится именно к вашему питомцу.

Пример ветеринарного паспорта есть на сайте Россельхознадзора. Такой документ обычно можно оформить в ветклинике. Обратите внимание, что данные дублируются на английском языке. Кстати, фото делать не обязательно.

2. Моему питомцу сделана прививка от бешенства

Вакцинацию нужно пройти не позже, чем за 21 день до пересечения границы. Важно, чтобы прививка от бешенства была сделана после чипирования и занесена в ветпаспорт, иначе вакцинацию придется проходить повторно, уже после установления микрочипа. За 7-10 дней до прививки нужно дать животному глистогонный препарат.

С требованиями к вакцинам против бешенства можно подробно ознакомиться в соответствующем регламенте на сайте Россельхознадзора. Кроме того, на сайте Министерства сельского хозяйства Кипра читаем, что не допускается использование живых модифицированных вакцин против бешенства.

3. Моему питомцу сделана комплексная прививка

Такая прививка от основных инфекций требуется скорее для выезда. Ее следует сделать для того, чтобы в государственной ветклинике вам впоследствии выписали документы на вывоз животного. Об этом нам сообщает выше упомянутый регламент по некоммерческому перемещению домашних животных.

Обычно во время ежегодной вакцинации в ветклиниках делают сразу две прививки. Если вы добросовестно отводите своего любимца на прививки раз в год, то скорее всего, у животного уже есть и чип, и паспорт, и проставлены отметки о прививках. Обратите внимание, что эти данные вносятся на разные страницы паспорта – можете прямо сейчас проверить их наличие.

4. Билеты на меня и питомца куплены

Обратите внимание, что некоторые авиакомпании не готовы взять питомцев на рейс, какие-то берут только в салон, а у других ограничено количество мест для перелета с животными. Обычно в салон допускаются питомцы, которые вместе с переноской весят до 8 кг. Хотя, например, AirBaltic разрешает брать до 12 кг, а в Utair можно выкупить отдельное место и поставить на него переноску с животным весом до 23 кг. Поэтому рекомендуем заранее продумать наиболее удобный маршрут, подробно изучить требования и купить билеты не через агрегатор, а напрямую в авиакомпании, чтобы согласовать провоз животного. Так, в Utair купить билет и согласовать провоз питомца можно при помощи телеграм-бота, в Cyprus Airways лучше звонить, а для покупки билета в EgyptAir нужно приехать в офис. Везде вас попросят сообщить данные о вашем животном и габариты переноски – а об этом в следующем пункте чек-листа.

5. Переноска соответствует требованиям авиакомпании

Возвращаемся на сайт авиакомпании к правилам перелета с животным и смотрим разрешенные габариты переносок. В салоне обычно допускается мягкая переноска, которая помещается под впереди стоящее кресло. Вы и ваш питомец должны быть готовы, что на протяжении всего полета переноску доставать будет запрещено.

Если животное летит в багажном отсеке, то подойдет твердая пластиковая переноска, скрепленная болтами. Например, популярностью среди путешествующих с питомцами пользуется бренд Scudo. Обратите внимание, что зверю должно быть комфортно: у него должна быть возможность встать и повернуться внутри переноски, а еще внутри можно прикрепить для него поилку. Иногда хозяева приклеивают скотчем к переноске записку с просьбой не пугать и не беспокоить питомца.

6. Питомец готов к перелету

Позаботьтесь о том, чтобы ваш любимец был приучен к переноске. Заранее посоветуйтесь с ветеринаром и подберите успокоительное, если это необходимо. Кроме таблеток можно использовать успокоительные ошейники или спреи.

Убедитесь, что ваш любимец точно впишется в разрешенные параметры и не наберет лишний вес до перелета. Если нужно, посадите его на диету, проконсультировавшись с ветеринаром.

7. Получено ветеринарное свидетельство по форме № 1

Такой документ можно получить в любой государственной ветклинике. Это важно сделать не более, чем за пять дней до вылета. Такое свидетельство подтверждает, что ваше животное здорово. Рекомендуем заранее позвонить в ветклинику, где планируете получать документ, чтобы узнать, нужно ли записываться или ветеринар ведет прием в порядке живой очереди, нужно ли с собой принести препараты от паразитов или можно дать их питомцу заранее дома, нужно ли иметь с собой материал для анализов – иногда и это требуют, но далеко не везде.

Нужно учесть, что в этой форме фиксируется весь ваш маршрут с пересадками, поэтому стоит заранее выписать номера и даты рейсов, чтобы долго не искать на месте.

8. Ветеринарное свидетельство по форме №1 заменено на евросертификат

Это международный документ, разрешающий вам вывозить животное. Обязательно наличие соответствующей печати: «Выпуск разрешен». Заменить свидетельство, выданное в государственной ветклинике, можно в день вылета или заранее.

А где это можно сделать? Вы просто можете в день вылета получить евросертификат в аэропорту, но приехать стоит заранее на случай большой очереди на ветконтроль. Если вы хотите получить документ раньше, то есть и другие возможности – и скорее всего они доступные в вашем городе, а адреса вам сообщат в госклинике на предыдущем шаге. Тем не менее, вся информация сегодня есть в интернете. Так, на сайте Северо-Западного межрегионального управления Федеральной службы по ветеринарному и фитосанитарному надзору есть адреса пунктов оформления сертификатов в Санкт-Петербурге. А в Москве, кроме аэропортов, можно заранее посетить ВГНКИ на Хорошевском шоссе.

9. Письмо в аэропорт Ларнаки/Пафоса отправлено

За 48 часов до прибытия следует позвонить или написать в аэропорт, куда вы прилетаете. Сообщите, что вы прибываете с питомцем, укажите дату, время и номер рейса, свои имя и фамилию.

10. Пройден ветконтроль в аэропорту на Кипре

Поскольку вы заранее сообщили о своем рейсе, вас уже наверняка ждет ветврач. В любом случае вы сможете обратиться к сотрудникам аэропорта, чтобы они позвонили своему коллеге и предупредили, что вы уже ждете. В кабинете ветеринар просканирует чип, а вам нужно будет показать документы на питомца и заплатить пошлину.

Как правило, путешественники, которые впервые берут с собой в дорогу животных, признаются, что их переживания были сильно преувеличены. На самом деле, если подготовиться заранее, все пройдет отлично. Так что ждем вас и ваших питомцев на Кипре!

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

For example, we may need to have your contact information in order to provide you with updates from our Website.

    8.2        The personal information you provide to us is collected and may be used for communicating with you, statistical analysis, the marketing by us of products

    and services to you, credit checks (if necessary), and research and development.

    8.3        We may also collect technical information whenever you log on to, or visit the public version of, our Website. This may include information about the way

    users arrive at, browse through and interact with our Website. We may collect this type of technical information through the use of cookies and other

    means. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive to enable our systems to recognise your browser. If you want

    10.1      If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on the Website. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
