Лимассол снова в центре внимания эпидемиологов

Эпидемиологическая картина в Лимассоле остается тревожной, сообщило Министерство здравоохранения по итогам встречи с экспертами из научно-консультативного комитета по борьбе с пандемией и группой эпидемиологического мониторинга 15 февраля. Одна из возможных причин заключается в том, что люди часто не дают медикам полной информации том, что они контактировали с зараженными. Министр здравоохранения Константинос Иоанну заявил, что группе эпидемиологического мониторинга было поручено начать исследование этой проблемы, чтобы выявить ее причину.

На встрече эпидемиологи представили данные за последние 14 дней. Члены группы сообщили, что распространение коронавируса в регионе Лимассола все еще не удалось взять под контроль, а в других регионах число заболеваний хоть и кажется контролируемыми, но легко может начать расти снова. Из 73 положительных случаев заболевания, выявленных 14 февраля, 43 были обнаружены в Лимассоле, причем в этом регионе доля положительных результатов тестов составила 0,52%. В Никосии было выявлено 15 случаев заболевания (0,12%), в Ларнаке 11 (0,24%), в Пафосе три (0,12%) и один в регионе Фамагусты (0,07%). Кроме того, по состоянию на 12 февраля совокупный показатель выявленного коронавируса на 100 000 человек за последние 14 дней в Лимассоле составлял около 335, в то время как в других районах он был ниже 150.

Группа эпидемиологического мониторинга сообщила, что в последнее время по всему Кипру значительная доля случаев заболевания была зарегистрирована на рабочих местах, в фармацевтическом, розничном и пищевом секторах производства. Это свидетельствует о том, что медицинские протоколы не соблюдаются должным образом, говорится в заявлении Минздрава по итогам совещания. Организации государственных служб здравоохранения (OKYPY) поручили усилить проверки в конкретных секторах, чтобы эпидемиологи могли вовремя вмешаться. Министерство также распорядилось, чтобы все сотрудники проходили тестирование, если на предприятии обнаружено несколько заразившихся.

Впрочем, маловероятно, что научно-консультативный комитет будет рекомендовать ввести более строгие меры в Лимассоле, заявил профессор Петрос Караяннис, добавив, что отслеживание контактов очень важно для определения того, как распространяется вирус. В то же время Караяннис признал, что проблема может заключаться в неточной информации, которую группе предоставляют сами зараженные. Группа эпидеммониторинга выявила, что некоторые из них не предоставляют исчерпывающий список контактов, другие отказываются раскрывать свое место работы или вообще объявляют себя безработными. Предприятия, по-видимому, тоже часто предоставляют неполные данные по своим сотрудникам. Министерство здравоохранения напоминает, что отсутствие точного списка контактов делает их отслеживание бесполезным, поскольку препятствует выявлению потенциально зараженных и ограничению распространения вируса. Предоставление неточных или неполных данных о контактах несет в себе риск новых вспышек болезни и возможного ухудшения общей эпидемиологической картины. Напомним, согласно стандартной процедуре люди, контактировавшие с зараженным, направляются на ПЦР-тест, даже если экспресс-тест ранее давал отрицательный результат.

Наконец, в ходе встречи эпидемиологи сообщили, что заметный рост положительных случаев наблюдается среди пожилых людей, что объясняется передачей инфекции от членов семьи или от сиделок. По этой причине Министерство здравоохранения в своем итоговом заявлении подчеркнуло, что работники, ответственные за уход за пожилыми людьми, должны проходить еженедельный экспресс-тест, чтобы свести к минимуму риск заражения уязвимых групп населения.

В ближайшие дни ожидается рост числа случаев заболевания в результате недавних послаблений, написал Константинос Иоанну в своем твиттере. Министр призвал общественность придерживаться принятых мер и регулярно проходить тестирование, чтобы ситуация оставалась под контролем, позволяя и дальше ослаблять карантин. Тем временем государственные больницы стали готовиться к возможной третьей волне пандемии, которая будет связана с мутировавшими вариантами вируса. Министр здравоохранения дал OKYPY указание подготовить большее количество коек в отделениях реанимации.

Сейчас в больницах затишье, а врачи и медперсонал получили возможность немного перевести дыхание после наплыва пациентов во время второй волны в декабре и январе. Нынешнее время Минздрав использует для повышения квалификации персонала и анализа возможных слабых мест в системе здравоохранения. Самой большой проблемой остается наличие обученных врачей и медсестер, что характерно и для многих других стран. Согласно принятому плану, число коек в отделениях реанимации увеличится с 54 до 65, а в отделениях повышенного ухода появится 30 новых мест. Напомним, на пике второй волны были заняты 39 мест в отделениях реанимации. Кроме того, в распоряжении медиков имеется 240 аппаратов искусственного дыхания.

Минздрав намерен в ходе подготовки к возможной третьей волне охватить также больницы Ларнаки и Пафоса. В обеих больницах будет выделено 100 мест для больных коронавирусом.

    1            Application of terms

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
