Туристический сектор: прямая и косвенная выгода

Туризм для Кипра – особая отрасль экономики. Это не только системообразующий сектор, но и, во многом, драйвер, локомотив происходящих в стране перемен, инноваций. Нередко именно туристическая отрасль становится одной из тех, кто первым на себе ощущает происходящие в стране и мире перемены, первым к ним адаптируется и находит пути решения возникающих сложностей. Последние два года это показали хорошо, как никогда.

Одна из важных дат ООН

День туризма (World Tourism Day) учрежден Генеральной ассамблеей Всемирной туристской организации, ЮНВТО (The World Tourism Organization, UNWTO) в 1979 году. Он отмечается ежегодно 27 сентября – именно в этот день в 1970 году был принят Устав Всемирной туристской организации.

Медленный, но уверенный рост

Для Кипра туризм – системообразующая отрасль. В период с января по июнь 2022 года доходы от туризма оцениваются в 835,7 млн евро по сравнению с 258,8 млн евро в соответствующем периоде 2021 года. В июне 2022 года достигли 292,7 млн евро.

Последние два года – из-за пандемии и непростой геополитической ситуации – туристический сектор Кипра испытывал серьезные сложности. Но благодаря ответственной политике государства, предпринятому ряду необходимых шагов и мер отрасль планомерно выходит из кризиса. Так, в июне 2022 года рост доходов от туризма составил 115% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.

Не проблемы, а новый старт

Основным «поставщиком» туристов для Кипра, традиционно считается Великобритания.

Существенную долю прибытий на Кипр всегда давали туристы из России и Украины. Но, как говорят в кипрском туристическом ведомстве, возникшие сейчас трудности – это не проблемы, а возможности. И Подминистерство туризма активно эти возможности использует. В частности, один из актуальных сегодня инструментов – развитие новых туристических направлений в Евросоюзе. Такая планомерная работа дает свои результаты.

За восемь месяцев 2022 года число прибытий из Германии увеличилось на 26% (по сравнению с соответствующими восемью месяцами 2019 года), из Франции – на 100%, из Австрии – на 57%, из Дании – на 70%, из Италии – на 52%, из Нидерландов – на 30%, из Чехии – на 60%. «За нынешний год из 800 000 человек, которые мы потеряли на российском рынке, мы ожидали компенсировать около 200 000 из стран ЕС», – отметил Пердиос. Глава туристического ведомства подчеркивает: за восемь месяцев 2022 года число европейских туристов уже достигло 160 000 человек. Он призвал туроператоров активизировать усилия в этом направлении и активнее продвигать Кипр в странах Евросоюза.

Паромное сообщение – в тренде

Ещё одним важным направлением остается развитие морского туризма. Как въездного, так и выездного. Большим шагом в этой части стало возобновление паромного сообщения с Грецией в 2022 году. Как отмечают аналитики, популярность данного вида транспорта превзошла все ожидания: вместо предполагаемых 4000-5000 пассажиров за сезон, паромом воспользовались 7900 человек. Всего с 19 июня по 16 сентября выполнено 22 рейса. Основываясь на этих данных, компания Scandro Holdings, управляющая паромным сообщением, рассматривает возможность в следующем году использовать более крупное судно. Ожидается также, что количество рейсов увеличится, а паром будет ходить с мая по октябрь 2023 года. Кроме того, есть предложение включить в маршрут Израиль. Окончательные решения о ценах и направлениях на следующий год будут приняты компанией в октябре.

Кипр стал важной точкой на карте мирового морского туризма

В марину Айя-Напы, которая открылась в июне 2022 года, зашел первый круизный лайнер – Rhapsody of the Seas. Это одно из крупнейших судов компании Royal Caribbean Cruises. Корабль приветствовали министр транспорта Яннис Карусос, глава Подминистерства шипинга Василис Димитриадис. Судно шло из израильской Хайфы. Оно пришвартовалось в Айя-Напе 20 сентября. Новая морская инфраструктура этого города уже показала свою эффективность и важность как для региона, так и для страны в целом. «Кипр попадает в поле зрения круизных компаний. А круизы – это совершенно особый вид туризма. Год за годом количество лайнеров, прибывающих в наши порты и марины, растет», – подчеркнул Карусос.

Кроме того, министр транспорта рассказал о создании ещё одного пункта въезда на Кипр по морю – в ближайшее время будет открыта возможность для захода судов в порт в Латчи. «Это должно способствовать развитию круизного туризма и конкуренции между другими портами», – пояснил Яннис Карусос. Он уверен: у круизных компаний должен быть выбор разных мест для швартовки. А для повышения качества сервиса систему обслуживания судов реформируют.

Качество кипрского туризма будет расти

Очевидно, все принятые меры будут способствовать не только увеличению туристического потока в страну, но и росту качества туристов. Что также является важным экономическим параметром. «Надо брать в расчет качество туристов, прибывающих на Кипр. Делать это можно, отслеживая статистику того, насколько дорогие отели они выбирают, – подчеркнул президент Кипрской Ассоциации гостиничных менеджеров Христос Ангелидис. – Одно дело – считать прибытия, другое – ночевки. Подсчитывать, сколько турист платит в день за все предлагаемые ему услуги – отдельный критерий. Важно знать, то, сколько средств каждый турист оставляет в стране, а не то, сколько всего туристов приезжают. Единственный способ улучшить Кипр и его туристический продукт – привлекать платежеспособных и требовательных клиентов».

    1            Application of terms

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
