Наталия Кардаш: «Если вы полюбите Кипр, он ответит взаимностью»

1122NK Почти четверть века «Вестник Кипра» информирует обо всем, что происходит в стране, радует и поддерживает, организует различные мероприятия, да и просто объединяет вместе русскоязычных жителей солнечного острова. Но что мы знаем о тех, чьими усилиями осуществляется вся эта работа? Героиня сегодняшнего интервью – издатель и главный редактор «Вестника Кипра» Наталия Кардаш. В сентябре она отмечает юбилей – 20 лет с того момента, как переехала на Кипр и присоединилась к команде ВК. К праздничной дате подготовлена и книга «20 лет на Кипре. В центре событий», которая рассказывает не только об истории «Вестника Кипра», но и кипрско-российских отношений и связей в разных сферах.

— Наталия, что привело вас на Кипр?
— Вынужденные обстоятельства. У моей трехлетней дочери были частые и все более опасные приступы астмы, и врачи настоятельно рекомендовали сменить климат. Нужны были и море, и горы – Кипр оказался идеальным вариантом с этой точки зрения. Поэтому 20 лет назад я просто купила билет и прилетела на разведку. Как показала жизнь, это решение оказалось правильным. Но сложностей было немало, особенно на первом этапе, и в том числе бюрократических. В первую очередь, нужна была рабочая виза. Мне повезло попасть в команду египетского журналиста, который создал на Кипре газету на арабском языке и правильно оформил все документы. Так моя семья приехала на Кипр, и мы стали осваивать азы газетного дела.

— По сути, это была новая профессия для вас?
— По основному образованию я преподаватель-лингвист – это скорее призвание, не просто профессия. Но в данном случае я полностью включилась в освоение нового дела. Начала с устройства печатной машины. Кипрские рабочие потешались сначала, когда я в деловом костюме и на каблуках бегала по цеху в типографии. Потом поняли, что я не отстану от них, пока не разберусь, как все работает. Печатное дело я освоила за месяц, научилась даже заправлять в машину бумагу и знала, куда и какие краски нужно заливать. Я регулярно летала в Москву и Петербург на самые разные курсы, лекции и семинары. Как продавать рекламу? Как издавать газету? Как писать статьи? Этому не учили в моем Университете. Через год после того, как я начала работать, я досконально знала все процессы: умела готовить статьи и брать интервью, правильно фотографировать, обрабатывать иллюстрации и верстать. В типографии стояла над душой у техников, уже понимая, что происходит и обеспечивая лучшее качество печати, принимала непосредственное участие в процессе распространения, искала рекламу, посещала мероприятия. И от сотрудника PR-отдела «доросла» до директора газеты.

— С 2001 года ваша жизнь неразрывно связана с «Вестником Кипра». Как это произошло?
— «Вестник Кипра» был уже известен мне – с 1999 года я еженедельно покупала свежий выпуск в киосках. В 2001 году мы познакомились с издателем газеты Игорем Алексеевичем Носоновым и договорились о том, что я возглавлю издание, став также одним из совладельцев. «Вестник Кипра» в тот момент находился в непростой финансовой ситуации, но я верила, что у нас есть перспективы.
С того дня произошло много событий и перемен в моей жизни: родился сын, изменились семейные обстоятельства и даже биологические часы (будучи «совой» по природе, я теперь начинаю свой день очень рано). Выросли не только мои дети, вырос и «Вестник Кипра», который из небольшой 12-ти страничной газеты превратился в группу компаний, в составе которой есть издательство, образовательный центр, профессиональное бюро переводов, компания по организации мероприятий. Мы очень много времени уделяем социальным проектам, работаем с семьями и детьми, по мере сил стараемся объединять русскоязычное сообщество Кипра.

— Что для вас лично стало наиболее ярким, возможно неожиданным в процессе работы в «Вестнике Кипра»?
— Самой большой жизненной школой стали мои первые поездки с президентом Тассосом Пападопулосом. С 2005 года я сопровождаю президентов Кипра во время официальных визитов. По натуре я интроверт и аналитик, поэтому мне нравится тихо сидеть в сторонке, смотреть, слушать и делать свои выводы. И выводами этими я отнюдь не спешу делиться, мне они интересны сами по себе. Пападопулос это понял. И понял также, что мне можно доверять. Поэтому иногда меня пускали даже на закрытые заседания и переговоры, взяв слово, что я не буду об этом писать. Я наблюдала за диалогами с главой ООН Кофи Аннаном, слушала разговоры кипрских министров в коридорах Кремля, присутствовала на встречах с лидерами Китая. Это было безумно интересно. Передо мной открылся новый мир: мир взаимных уступок и подковерных игр, закамуфлированной дружбы и откровенного предательства, политических головоломок и международного экономического шантажа.

— Наталия, насколько в целом остров дружелюбен по отношению к россиянам, желающим переехать на Кипр и обосноваться здесь? И изменилось ли что-то в этом смысле за годы вашей жизни на острове?
— На Кипре очень хорошо относятся к русскоговорящим людям. Так было всегда. Разница лишь в том, что раньше россияне были в диковинку, нас больше расспрашивали о том, как мы живем на родине, как вообще все устроено в России. Сейчас же, когда на Кипр приезжает почти миллион россиян каждый год, а на острове постоянно живут от 40 до 50 тысяч русскоговорящих людей, мы уже стали частью повседневной кипрской жизни и не вызываем такого острого интереса. Но по-прежнему у киприотов к нам очень теплые чувства: в силу традиций, общности, исторических связей. А дальше все зависит от человека — сумел ли он оправдать этот кредит доверия, доброту и расположение. К нему относятся так, как он заслуживает, отражают то, как он сам относится к окружающему миру, к Кипру, к жителям. Я часто читаю прямо противоположные отзывы о Кипре: кому-то здесь очень хорошо, кому-то – очень плохо. И зависит это не от Кипра.

— Хемингуэй однажды сказал, что прожив 20 лет на Кубе, чувствует себя кубинцем. А кем ощущаете себя вы, прожив 20 лет на Кипре?
— Я не перестала ощущать себя русской. Для меня по-прежнему важно и дорого все, что связано с моей родной страной. Но за эти годы и Кипр стал родным. Есть греки-киприоты – люди, ощущающие свою причастность к греческому миру, при этом считающие Кипр родиной. Есть турки-киприоты – люди, не просто родившиеся на Кипре, а осознающие себя частью этого мира. А теперь есть и «русские-киприоты» – и это не только я, среди моих друзей многих можно отнести к этой категории. Это люди, считающие себя киприотами, но родившиеся в России. Они сохранили тесные связи с родной страной, воспитали на Кипре детей, которые обе страны считают родными, и – самое главное – полюбили всей душой и сердцем маленький остров в Средиземном море, что стал им Домом.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    Website means https://vkcyprus.com/

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    and services to you, credit checks (if necessary), and research and development.

    10         General

    10.1      If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on the Website. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
