Юристы встретятся с ИТ-индустрией

На конференцию Best Legal приходят за взаимовыгодными общением и знакомствами. Немаловажным фактором деловой адаптации на острове является знание законов и правил, особенно нововведений.

Интерес участников Best Legal из юридической и ИТ-сфер – обоюдный. Кипрским юристам нужно понять, чем живут их потенциальные клиенты, а также чем они могут помочь в цифровизации юридического бизнеса. А айтишникам пока не все понятно на Кипре, и им нужны надежные контакты, правильные советы, возможность обратиться за помощью в любой момент.

Тема конференции этого года – LEGAL MEETS TECH. И вся программа построена с учетом двух основных групп участников.

КОКТЕЙЛЬ

Сначала – приветственный коктейль. На нем встретятся почти сотня участников, спикеров, специально приглашенных гостей, а также членов Совета по экономической дипломатии. Коктейль запланирован на 27 сентября в одном из ресторанов марины Лимассола.

НАСЫЩЕННАЯ ПРОГРАММА

Утром 28 сентября состоятся три пленарных заседания с очень плотным расписанием. Будет представлена максимально сжатая и полезная информация – краткий обзор того, какие законы приняты за год, обсуждение перспектив на ближайшие месяцы. Речь пойдет только о тех нововведениях, которые касаются международного бизнеса.

ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИЯ ЮРИДИЧЕСКОГО БИЗНЕСА

Затем эксперты обсудят цифровизацию альтернативных методов разрешения коммерческих споров. Кипр принял много правильных решений для того, чтобы современные методы работали все более эффективно.

ТЕХНОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ РЕВОЛЮЦИЯ

Во время кофейной паузы участники смогут перезнакомиться и плодотворно пообщаться. В следующем блоке темой разговоров на сцене и в зале станут технологическая эволюция юридического бизнеса и проблемы, которые несет с собой быстрая цифровизация.

Участники поговорят о токенизации недвижимости, товаров и услуг: она не только меняет юридическую практику, способствуя развитию виртуальных юридических фирм, но и улучшает возможности искусственного интеллекта в оптимизации юридических процессов и операций. Эксперты подробно остановятся на том, как новые технологии трансформируют юридическую практику.

КАК ЗАЩИТИТЬ ИНФОРМАЦИЮ

Следующая тема – «Управление рисками ИИ в заключении контрактов и обмене данными». Делегаты конференции узнают, как защитить конфиденциальную информацию, используя преимущества ИИ. Кроме того, разговор пойдет о правовом регулировании использования данных ИИ, владения данными и новом европейском законопроекте, который называется European AI Regulations.

ЮРИСТЫ И ИСКУССТВЕННЫЙ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТ

Формат третьего пленарного заседания предполагает открытый обмен мнениями и информацией по поводу юридической практики и ведения бизнеса в эпоху ИИ и автоматизации. На повестке: новые технологии, сравнение ИИ и языковых моделей, пробелы в законах и юридические сложности, прогноз дальнейшего развития юридических технологий.

МОДЕРИРУЕМЫЙ НЕТВОРКИНГ

После этого запланирован деловой обед.

На вторую половину дня приглашены руководители технологического бизнеса. Формат предполагает круглые столы по 8 участников: четверо – из сферы профессиональных услуг, четверо – из сферы технологий. Модерируемый нетворкинг поможет с самого начала наладить полноценное и интересное общение. Обмен мнениями будет продолжен на заключительном вечере в честь закрытия конференции.

    1            Application of terms

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
