Коронавирус на Кипре: новости 21 марта

«Вестник Кипра» продолжает вести ежедневную трансляцию, следя за распространением коронавируса на острове и мерами, которые власти предпринимают для борьбы с заболеванием.

Кипр закрыл морские границы

Вместе с аэропортами закрыт и доступ на Кипр по морю. В частности, в порт Лимассола не разрешают войти круизному лайнеру Celebrity Constellation, вышедшему 15 дней назад из Индии. Судну уже отказали в возможности пришвартоваться в ряде стран. После отказа в Дубаи лайнер преодолел Суэцкий канал и подошел к Кипру. Сейчас он стоит на рейде в 1,5 км от Лимассола. На корабле нет пассажиров, только члены экипажа. Кипрские власти предоставят команде припасы и топливо, чтобы они могли продолжить свой путь в ближайшие несколько часов. А в районе Каво Греко портовая полиция остановила судно с беженцами. Это была деревянная лодка примерно 15 м длиной, на борту — около 100 человек. Пассажиры отказались от воды и топлива, предложенных властями. По последним данным полиции, лодка отошла от Каво Греко и направилась на оккупированные территории, в район деревни Бафра (Воколида).

На Кипре — 109 заболевших

Министерство здравоохранения объявило, что анализы еще восьми человек дали положительный результат на коронавирус, в результате чего общее число подтвержденных случаев заболевания на территории, подконтрольной правительству Республики Кипр, достигло 75. Трое из них — на территории британских военных баз.

Кто эти люди?
— трое из них являются медицинскими работниками центральной больницы Пафоса;
— один из них — врач из частной больницы Пафоса;
— еще один — сотрудник администрации Лимассольской центральной больницы;
— трое заразились от контактирования с уже заболевшими людьми.

Двое человек из 75 зараженных находятся в стабильном состоянии в отделении интенсивной терапии больницы Лимассола, 12 — в больнице Фамагусты, остальные — в самоизоляции. 45 случаев — контактные, 30 — привозные.

Новые заболевшие на оккупированной территории

Анализы еще одного немецкого туриста, приехавшего отдыхать с группой на оккупированные территории острова, оказались положительными на коронавирус. Общее число случаев в «ТРСК» — 34, из них трое — турки-киприоты и 31 — немецкие туристы. Тем временем первые три человека, у которых был выявлен Covid-19, выздоровели и уже выписаны из больницы. В ночь с 20 на 21 марта в аэропорт Эрджан прибыл первый чартерный рейс с турко-кипрскими студентами, все они помещены в карантин.

Трое вылечились

В пятницу из больницы Фамагусты выписали троих выздоровевших пациентов. Двое из этих пациентов — в возрасте: одному 70, другому — 80 лет. Состояние одного больного, мужчины 70 лет, оценивается как критическое.

Киприотам запретили въезд в 16 стран

Согласно последним данным Международной ассоциации воздушного транспорта, в рамках мер по борьбе с пандемией Covid-19 киприотам запрещен въезд в 16 стран. Это Австрия, Багамы, Вьетнам, Габон, Гренада, Индия, Ирак, Коста-Рика, Ниуэ, Португалия, Сейшельские острова, Соломоновы острова, Таиланд, Чехия (разрешен только транзит), Фиджи, Узбекистан. Граждане Кипра, прилетающие в США, Россию, Норвегию и Белиз, должны провести две недели на самоизоляции.

Продолжается репатриация британцев

11 рейсов отправятся сегодня с Кипра в Берлин, Лондон, Манчестер и Бирмингем. Более того, британское правительство готово зафрахтовать еще больше самолетов для возвращения своих подданных домой. В пятницу, 20 марта, более 715 иностранных граждан были репатриированы пятью рейсами из аэропорта Пафоса: два рейса улетели в Манчестер, один в Станстед, один в Гатвик и один в Бирмингем.

Все самолеты, прибывающие, чтобы забрать иностранных граждан, не привозят ни одного пассажира. Сегодня ночью вступил в силу запрет на авиасообщение, который продлится две недели. Исключение сделано для грузовых перевозок, рейсов, прибывающих без пассажиров, чтобы забрать иностранных граждан, гуманитарных бортов и рейсов для помощи в чрезвычайной ситуации. Все такие перелеты в индивидуальном порядке согласовываются с Минтрансом.

779 человек на карантине

На карантине сейчас в общей сложности 779 человек, прибывших на Кипр начиная с понедельника, когда вступили в силу жесткие меры по сдерживанию распространения Covid-19. Министерство здравоохранения сообщило, что сегодня на остров прибудут три чартерных рейса, которые привезут еще 439 человек из Великобритании.

Ведомство создало координационный центр для безопасной перевозки пассажиров, находящихся на карантине, и их комфортного размещения — для этих целей уже приготовили 22 кипрских отеля (в Троодосе — Troodos, Rodon, Ekali, Forest Park, в Ларнаке — Flamingo Beach Hotel, Lordos Beach Hotel, Aldiana, в Лимассоле — Ajax Hotel, Park Beach, Atlantica Oasis, в Пафосе — Aliathon, Daphne, Droushia, King’s). Все вместе эти отели могут принять 1700 человек. Затраты отельеров компенсирует государство.

Магазины и аптеки начали работать по новому графику

Министр здравоохранения Константинос Иоанну издал новый указ, согласно которому все аптеки и супермаркеты острова должны отдать утренние часы работы — с открытия и до 10 утра — для обслуживания уязвимых групп населения — пожилых и инвалидов. Указ вступил в силу в 6 часов утра субботы, 21 марта. В том же документе сказано, что супермаркеты могут продлить часы работы, чтобы бороться с возможными очередями, при условии, что в этом случае права работников не страдают и не нарушается правило «не более одного человека на восемь квадратных метров полезной площади».

Министерство здравоохранения призвало общественность соблюдать инструкции по личной гигиене и меры предосторожности. Если у вас есть какие-либо симптомы болезни (температура, кашель, затрудненное дыхание), вы должны немедленно позвонить по номеру 1420. Звонки по всем остальным обращениям, связанным с коронавирусом, принимаются по номеру 1450.  Горячая линия работает круглосуточно. Дополнительный номер для вопросов по эпидемии – 1412, звонить на него можно ежедневно с 8 утра до 8 вечера.

— Министерство иностранных дел Кипра просит жителей полностью воздержаться от поездок, кроме абсолютно необходимых. Гражданам страны, которые в настоящее время находятся за границей или хотят уехать с острова по исключительным причинам, нужно зарегистрироваться на сайте www.oikade.gov.cy

Для того, чтобы сообщить о себе и узнать всю необходимую информацию о рейсе, надо позвонить по телефону горячей линии 24 841100. Она работает с 8 утра до 8 вечера. Все прибывшие будут находиться в карантине на протяжении 14 дней.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
