Число инфицированных снова растет. Это четвертая волна?

Эпидемиологическая картина Кипра снова вызывает опасения. Министерство здравоохранения 23 июня объявило о 167 новых заболевших, это в два раза больше, чем 22 июня. В чем причина роста?

Помимо 167 новых инфицированных Минздрав рассказал и о 43 пациентах, проходящих стационарное лечение, из которых 19 находятся в тяжелом состоянии.

«Высоким остается риск распространения вируса и серьезного заболевания из-за новых штаммов», — сказано в заявлении Минздрава, где подчеркивается, что в последние дни в больницы поступает все больше молодых людей с серьезными симптомами. Ведомство, в частности, указывает на то, что:

— 70% новых носителей вируса это люди в возрасте 40 лет и младше;

— из них только 4% это те, кто полностью вакцинирован, 16% вакцинированы первой дозой, а 80% не вакцинированы совсем;

— более 90% всех тех, кто поступает в больницы, не привиты;

— растет число молодых людей, у которых развиваются серьезные симптомы и которые проходят лечение в реанимации на ИВЛ или в отделениях повышенного ухода;

— рост заболеваний отмечается в Лимассоле и Фамагусте, а наибольший рост госпитализаций — только в Лимассоле.

 

Чем опасен новый штамм?

Минздрав призывает всех соблюдать правила профилактики коронавируса, а тех, кто еще не привился, сделать это как можно скорее. Ведомство приводит факты об индийском штамме (варианте Дельта), который, вероятно, и ответственен за рост случаев:

— он в шесть раз более заразен, чем британский вариант (штамм Альфа);

— он вызывает более агрессивное распространение вируса;

— он поражает молодых людей, так как они ведут социально активный образ жизни и поэтому больше подвержены заражениям;

— на Кипре штамм был обнаружен не только у туристов.

В последние недели внимание к штамму Дельта увеличилось. Именно его винят в очередной волне пандемии в России и в росте числа положительных случаев в Израиле, где число ежедневных заражений удвоилось до 125 случаев в день, а в двух школах новый вариант вызвал вспышки болезни. При том, что около 55% населения Израиля уже получили обе дозы вакцины Pfizer.

Профессор Петрос Караяннис сказал, что удвоение случаев заболевания вызвало шок у эпидемиологов и должно быть воспринято как сигнал тревоги. Он уверен, что причина в штамме Дельта. «Если мы не возьмем себя в руки после ослаблений карантина и чрезмерной расслабленности жителей, ситуация выйдет из-под контроля», — сказал он, добавив, что привитые жители, которые считают себя полностью защищенными, вероятно, перестали соблюдать меры профилактики. Караяннис, который предполагает, что ответственность за ухудшение ситуации несет индийский штамм, отметил, что он более активно поражает молодых, которые, вероятно, считают, что переболеют COVID-19 относительно легко. При этом именно эти люди наиболее социально активны и распространяют вирус на работе и дома.

Профессор напомнил, что открытие туриндустрии может спровоцировать еще больший рост заболевания, из-за чего Кипр так и не попадет в зеленую категорию в градации ECDC. «Я считаю, что контроль в аэропортах должен быть строже и интенсивнее», — сказал он. Тем более, что большинство туристов на Кипре сейчас это жители России, где вакцинированы всего 10%. «Надо быть очень внимательными и проверять, действительны ли сертификаты, которые они предъявляют, а еще надо чаще их подвергать выборочному тестированию», — считает эксперт.

Будет ли четвертая волна?

Отвечая на вопрос, ждать ли четвертой волны коронавируса осенью, Караяннис сказал, что это будет зависеть от того, как будет развиваться нынешняя ситуация. Риск того, что даже летний сезон будет сорван из-за пандемии, остается. «Необходимо понять, что прививки — это единственная защита, которую мы можем предложить против вируса, и мы знаем, что они эффективны», — сказал он. Караяннис призвал всех соблюдать протоколы. «Достаточно прогуляться по городу, чтобы увидеть, что многие больше не носят масок даже там, где есть скопления людей», — отметил он, приведя в пример Израиль, где маски отменили, а сейчас столкнулись с ростом случаев. «Требуется повышенное внимание, даже если покрытие вакцинацией довольно высокое. Необходимо продолжать вакцинацию как можно более быстрыми темпами», — заключил он.

Заместитель директора медицинской службы Минздрава Ольга Калакута тоже выразила разочарование по поводу низкого уровня вакцинирования среди молодежи, даже после того, как в пятницу портал вакцинации открылся для всех лиц старше 18 лет. На прививку записались примерно 3500 человек. Всего 25,8% жителей 18-21 лет и 32,9% жителей в возрасте 20-29 лет на Кипре привиты хотя бы одной дозой. Даже с учетом того, что общий национальный уровень вакцинации приближается к своей цели в 65%, поставленной Министерством здравоохранения, приведенные цифры очень неудовлетворительны, сказал Калакута, еще раз призвав молодежь вакцинироваться.

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
