Предварительный список новых ограничительных мер

Министр здравоохранения Михалис Хаджипантелас и члены научно-консультативного комитета обсудили возможные меры, которые 24 ноября должен рассмотреть Кабинет министров.

После встречи глава Минздрава поблагодарил экспертов за их предложения и заверил, что все они будут представлены правительству. Списком из предложенных мер Хаджипантелас поделился с представителями СМИ:
― Обязательное ношение маски в начальной школе.
― Проведение экспресс-тестов среди учеников начальной школы раз в неделю.
― Запрет на рождественские мероприятия, включая школьные и муниципальные празднования.
― Введение самостоятельного тестирования для привитых. Предлагается выдавать им тесты бесплатно, а в случае положительного результата перепроверять его тестом ПЦР.
― Отмена действия SafePass для тех привитых, кто не сделает бустерный укол спустя семь месяцев после завершения вакцинации.
― Предоставление трех недель всем непривитым на то, чтобы сделать первый укол, и дальнейшее введение ограничительных мер для тех, кто так и не вакцинировался.
― Проведение экспресс-тестов всего населения, привитого и непривитого, в тех районах, где возникают цепочки заражений.
― Переход на удаленную работу, если это возможно.

Министр здравоохранения отметил, что это только предварительные меры, которые он 24 ноября передаст на рассмотрение правительству, после чего будет принят окончательный перечень. Вполне вероятно, что часть пунктов не будет утверждена.

Глава научно-консультативного комитета Константинос Чутис отметил, что «вне зависимости от того, какое решение будет принято в среду [на заседании Кабмина], необходимо осознать, что мы вступаем в довольно трудный период, отмеченный ростом ежедневных заражений». «Я думаю, все мы знаем, как себя защитить, у всех есть опыт и знания, всем нам необходимо от чего-то отказаться в повседневной жизни, чтобы быть в безопасности», ― пояснил он, добавив, что в период рождественских праздников вероятность заражения гораздо выше.

Напомним, в некоторых странах Евросоюза уже введены новые меры для населения. Австрия стала первой в мире страной, где для непривитых начали действовать ограничения на посещение общественных мест, а с 22 ноября власти страны снова ввели локдаун, закрыв магазины и заведения общественного питания. В Нидерландах частичный карантин введен с 20 ноября. Франция и Греция объявили, что жителям старше 65 и 60 лет соответственно потребуется третья доза прививки, чтобы продлить свой SafePass. На фоне ухудшения эпидемиологической картины тысячи людей в Бельгии, Нидерландах, Австрии и Хорватии в минувшие выходные вышли на акции протеста против новых ограничений.

Статистика пандемии

За 22 ноября в Республике Кипр сделано 83 155 тестов, из них 491 тест (0,59%) оказался положительным. 106 человек лечатся от COVID-19 стационарно, 32 из них в тяжелом состоянии, 15 подключены к ИВЛ. 65% госпитализированных не привиты.

На оккупированных территориях ужесточили ограничения

«Власти» оккупированных территорий запретили непривитым жителям посещать заведения общественного питания, казино, клубы, фитнес-центры, стадионы, крытые спортивные площадки, ночные клубы, концерты, театры, праздничные церемонии типа свадеб и т.д.. Вакцинированные жители, которые не сделают в течение ближайших двух недель третий укол, с шестого декабря также будут отнесены к непривитым. В школах учащиеся в возрасте от шести лет и старше должны в обязательном порядке носить маски, а детям от двух до шести лет маски строго рекомендованы в закрытых помещениях.

На прошлой неделе на оккупированных территориях число заболеваний увеличилось на 39% по сравнению с предыдущей неделей. В настоящее время на 100 000 населения приходится 331,4 случая заболевания.

Тем временем

В понедельник еврокомиссар по вопросам здравоохранения Стелла Кириакиди заявила, что Европейская комиссия гармонизирует срок действия сертификата о вакцинации от COVID-19. Перед комиссией стоит задача адаптировать европейский ковидный сертификат под требования третьей дозы.

    1            Application of terms

    1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

    a            you agree to these Terms; and

    b            where your access and use is on behalf of another person (e.g. a company), you confirm that you are authorised to, and do in fact, agree to these Terms

    on that person’s behalf and that, by agreeing to these Terms on that person’s behalf, that person is bound by these Terms.

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    including and similar words do not imply any limit

    Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

    personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
     

    5            Intellectual property

    We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
