Купить частное жилье в Лимассоле стало намного сложнее, чем в других регионах. Цены растут даже на вторичном рынке. Тенденция к увеличению стоимости квартир в регионе наблюдается уже шесть лет, а кульминацией стал 2020 год.

Издание Insider собрало данные о динамике изменения средней стоимости вторичного жилья в муниципалитетах Лимассол, Агиос Афанасиос, Меса Гитония, Гермасойя, Агиос Тихонас.

Жилье в целом становится все менее доступным.

Муниципалитет Лимассола

Значительно выросли цены на все типы квартир. Пик был зафиксирован в 2020 году. В 2022-м показатели вернулись к уровню 2016-2017 годов.

Исключение из тренда – большие квартиры с тремя спальнями и более.
