В последние недели нам часто звонят и пишут с одним и тем же вопросом: когда пройдёт Health&Beauty Forum в 2026 году? Многие привыкли, что мы весной организуем это большое событие, и заранее планируют участие – как посетители, так и компании-участники. В этом году форум проводиться не будет. Это решение принято осознанно и заранее, и мы считаем важным объяснить его нашим постоянным читателям и гостям.

 
Решение приняли ещё в январе

Подготовка Health&Beauty Forum всегда начиналась задолго до самой даты мероприятия, примерно за полгода. К январю мы уже обычно знаем, сколько у нас участников выставки, какой у нас бюджет, какова стоимость технического оборудования, маркетинга и логистики. В начале этого года нам стало понятно: финансовая модель, по которой форум существовал последние годы, перестала работать.

За последние несколько лет стоимость организации крупных мероприятий на Кипре существенно выросла. Аренда отелей, техническое обеспечение, строительство стендов, реклама, услуги подрядчиков – цены выросли почти вдвое. При этом доходы мероприятия не могут расти такими же темпами.

Это объективная реальность для всей индустрии мероприятий – не только на Кипре, но и в Европе. Организация масштабных форумов теперь не по силам небольшим компаниям или частным лицам. Поэтому уже в январе мы приняли принципиальное решение: не проводить Health&Beauty Forum в привычном формате, если мы не можем обеспечить его развитие и качество на том уровне, к которому привыкли участники.

 
Дополнительный фактор – напряжённость в регионе

Наше январское решение подтвердили события конца февраля. 28 февраля началась новая фаза военного конфликта на Ближнем Востоке. Для Кипра это важный фактор: остров находится в непосредственной близости от региона.

После этого многие международные мероприятия на острове были перенесены или отменены. Компании стали осторожнее планировать поездки и маркетинговые бюджеты. Это напрямую влияет на выставочную индустрию: участие в форумах и выставках обычно сокращается в периоды региональной нестабильности. В такой ситуации проводить крупный форум, требующий серьёзных инвестиций и международного участия, означало бы брать на себя неоправданный риск.

 
Сохранить репутацию, а не снижать уровень

За годы работы мы провели 12 форумов Health & Beauty, постоянно росли, менялись, придумывали что-то новое. Это было крупнейшее событие индустрии здоровья и красоты на Кипре в формате B2C.

Именно поэтому мы не хотим проводить мероприятие в этом году «просто потому, что оно должно состояться». Форум всегда был сильным проектом – и мы считаем правильным сохранить его репутацию, а не снижать уровень из-за изменившихся экономических условий. Мы рассматриваем этот год как паузу перед следующим этапом развития форума.

Что будет дальше?

Это не означает, что мы уходим из этой сферы. Мы продолжим работать с индустрией здоровья, красоты и благополучия – публиковать материалы, организовывать встречи и развивать профессиональное сообщество.

Но сейчас мы ищем новый формат. Наша задача – сохранить этот проект и дать ему возможность развиваться дальше. Возможны разные варианты, мы планируем партнёрство с международными организаторами выставок, новый формат профессиональных встреч, более компактные отраслевые мероприятия.

Организация крупных форумов сегодня требует гораздо больших ресурсов, чем раньше. Делать такие проекты в одиночку становится всё сложнее, поэтому мы открыты к сотрудничеству и новым моделям.

Health & Beauty Forum – это проект, который многие годы создавался вместе с нашими участниками, спонсорами, экспертами и посетителями. Мы благодарим всех, кто поддерживал форум и делал его частью профессиональной жизни Кипра!

И уверены, что следующий этап развития этого проекта обязательно появится – просто в новом формате и, возможно, с новыми партнёрами.

1            Application of terms

1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

3            Definitions

In these Terms:

including and similar words do not imply any limit

Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

Website means https://vkcyprus.com/

You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

 

4            Your obligations

4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

information remains true, current and complete.

4.2        You must:

a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
 

5            Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

6.1        To the extent permitted by law, we and our licensors have no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any Loss in connection with:

a the Website being unavailable (in whole or in part) or performing slowly;

10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

Republic of Cyprus.

Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

Website.

10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
