2014: Год новых форматов и исторических достижений

На церемонии открытия Кипрско-российского фестиваля присутствовали сразу три президента Кипра

Отметив тысячный выпуск, «Вестник Кипра» продолжал развиваться в непростое время. 2014 год стал для нас годом ярких событий и масштабных начинаний. Появились новые культурные форматы. Газета не только пережила кризис, но и возродилась из пепла, как Феникс, предложив читателям новые проекты и работая одновременно в различных направлениях.

 

Диалог о бизнесе и политике: новые форматы

«Вестник Кипра» организовал целый ряд тематических и социально-значимых мероприятий. Самый известный семинар (настолько успешный, что мы несколько лет повторяли его два раза в год) назывался «Деофшоризация в России и её влияние на Кипр». Как раз это всё только начиналось, вопросов было много. Плюс, в связи с ситуацией в Крыму, против России были введены первые санкции. Российские эксперты с нашей помощью помогали разобраться в последних российских законах и правилах и объясняли, как бизнесу на Кипре, который работает с Россией, приспособиться и перестроиться, чтобы этим правилам соответствовать.

Красивая идея – полезный результат

В апреле мы провели первую выставку «Здоровье и красота» – Health&Beauty Expo. Идея проста: собрать в одном месте всех, кто профессионально работает в этих сферах. Слово «профессионально» было ключевым: мы допустили к участию только лицензированные компании, которые предоставляли качественные услуги либо производили косметику и лекарственные препараты. Первая же выставка оказалась настолько успешной, что уже осенью мы организовали тематический форум, добавив к выставке большое количество бесплатных лекций, мастер-классов, презентаций. Так два раза в год и проводили: то выставку, то большой форум.

Мы помним. Мы гордимся.

Девятого мая «Вестник Кипра» начал акцию «Я помню! Я горжусь!», которая шла весь год до 70-летия Великой Победы. С 9 мая 2014-го по 9 мая следующего, юбилейного, года мы регулярно публиковали тематические материалы, проводили встречи, беседы, просмотры кинофильмов, встречались с кипрскими ветеранами и старались сделать всё, чтобы напомнить читателям о подвиге народов России и Кипра в годы Второй мировой войны. «Вестник Кипра» системно поддерживал работу Ассоциации ветеранов Второй мировой войны, членами которой были практически все воины-киприоты. Их оставалось всё меньше, мы навещали их на дому, рассказывали их истории читателю, собирая архив.

Книги для детей и взрослых

Тогда же мы решили запустить серию книг под общим названием «Великие победы России» и с тех пор раз в год выпускали по одной. Наша задача – способствовать повышению интереса к истории и культуре России среди русскоговорящих кипрских школьников. «Куликовская победа Дмитрия Ивановича Донского» – так называлась первая книга этой серии. Она представляла собой точное воспроизведение исторических очерков, изданных в России в 1880 году, к 500-летию Куликовской битвы – одной из самых выдающихся побед в истории России. Эта битва является примером стойкости, мужества, беспредельной любви к Родине и верности православной вере.

К столетию Первой мировой

К столетнему юбилею начала Первой мировой войны «Вестник Кипра» выпустил фотоальбом с материалами, по форме и содержанию максимально точно отражающими печатные издания, фотографии и письма того времени. В основу этого альбома положено издание «Отечественная война», выпущенное в 1914 году. Оригинальный текст мы дополнили письмами и фотографиями военных лет. В те годы мы собрали много уникального материала, который не видел свет в последние сто лет.

Впервые на мероприятие на Кипре приехали юристы из 15 стран

Главным деловым событием года стала первая конференция BEST LEGAL, на которую приехали 80 участников из 15 стран. Сейчас на Кипре много мероприятий для юристов, а тогда «Вестник Кипра» был пионером-организатором международного мероприятия, которое собрало столько иностранных представителей юридического мира и показало им возможности и преимущества работы с кипрскими коллегами и с Кипром в целом.
ImPRESSion: сила фотографии

Фотоконкурс, организованный годом ранее, перерос в большой международный фотофестиваль ImPRESSion, в котором приняли участие 342 фотографа из 24 стран. В рамках фестиваля были организованы мастер-классы для фотографов-любителей и большая фотовыставка. Это мероприятие в то время стало крупнейшим такого типа в ЕС. Больше мы его не проводили – дорого и сложно. Но именно поэтому гордимся тем, что сделали в 2015 году.
Творчество без границ: детские праздники

Дни детского творчества были особенно людными – за семь лет много людей узнали об их существовании и с нетерпением их ждали. В «Реке творчества», как мы окрестили огромную парковку в русле реки Гермассойя, места хватало для всех. Тогда мы впервые пригласили для участия в концертной программе несколько российских коллективов. Этот детский праздник был очень важной составляющей нашей ежегодной фестивальной программы. Главная идея – дать детям возможность попробовать себя в разных видах творчества.

В оба дня – концерты нон-стоп, различные шоу, игры и огромное количество мастер-классов с потрясающими педагогами. А такого большого, весёлого, яркого праздника собак, как у нас, на Кипре ещё не было. Начинали с собачьего показа мод. Это было очень зрелищно и забавно. Потом добавили соревнования и выставку (породистых и беспородных собак – не ради спорта, а ради веселья). А в 2014 году, помимо выставки собак, сделали ещё и выставку других домашних животных: дети приносили своих питомцев – кроликов, хомячков, рыбок…

Тысячный номер: праздник в Никосии

В декабре вышел тысячный номер газеты. Для нас это было важное событие – мы отметили его большим приёмом для друзей ВК в одном из никосийских бастионов. Чествовали не только работающую команду ВК, но и всех (бывших коллег, парттаймеров, партнеров), кто в общей сложности к тому моменту уже 7 000 дней работал над созданием газеты, над тем, чтобы у русскоговорящих жителей и гостей острова была возможность быть в курсе кипрских новостей, узнать о культуре, истории, традициях, достопримечательностях и повседневной жизни Кипра.

1            Application of terms

Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

 

4            Your obligations

4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

information remains true, current and complete.

4.2        You must:

a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

Republic of Cyprus.

Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

Website.

10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
