Горячий песок для вашего здоровья

Нежась на пляже, в шутку зарывая друг друга в песок, отдыхающие часто не догадываются о том, что этот нагретый солнцем сыпучий материал – уникальное природное средство, мягко исцеляющее многие заболевания. Поэтому сегодня поговорим о том, как действует горячий песок на организм. Кому рекомендуется, а кому противопоказано такое лечение? И какие меры предосторожности мы должны соблюдать, чтобы песок приносил нам только радость.

Греет, лечит, расслабляет

Метод лечения с использованием горячего песка, или псаммотерапия, известен с глубокой древности. И основан он на замечательном свойстве песка сохранять тепло и медленно отдавать его. Постепенное и равномерное нагревание тела способствует расширению сосудов, улучшению кровоснабжения тканей и органов, активизации биохимических процессов. Сухой горячий песок оказывает на организм и механическое воздействие. Анатомически облегая тело, он мягко массирует кожу, раздражая нервные окончания, стимулируя работу кровеносных и лимфатических сосудов. Под мягким тепловым воздействием расслабляются мышцы, снимаются спазмы. А за счет повышения потоотделения облегчается работа почек.

Кому полезны песочные ванны

Песочные ванны эффективны при остеохондрозе позвоночника, артрозах и артритах. Помогают справиться с последствиями травм костно-мышечной системы, способствуют восстановлению подвижности суставов и избавлению от мышечного воспаления. Псаммотерапию используют в реабилитации больных, перенесших инсульт, в лечении детского церебрального паралича, рахита и полиомиелита. Песочные ванны используют в терапии заболеваний периферической нервной системы: невралгии (боли по ходу нерва), неврита (воспаления нерва), радикулита (воспаления нервного корешка). А также при хронических заболеваниях органов дыхания, мочевыделительной системы. Она с успехом применяется и в лечении гинекологических болезней, особенно при воспалении придатков матки.

Сеансы на пляже

И если учесть все вышесказанное, то нам, людям, живущим на Кипре, несказанно повезло. Мы вполне можем использовать это лечебное средство самостоятельно. Но, чтобы не навредить себе, необходимо соблюдать некоторые правила:

1. Лечение горячим песком может быть общим и местным. При проведении общей процедуры человека засыпают нагретым песком, словно накрывая тонким песчаным одеялом. При местном лечении воздействию подвергаются лишь отдельные части тела (руки, ноги, суставы, низ живота).

2. Утром на выбранном месте сделайте неглубокую горизонтальную выемку соответственно своему росту. Когда песок хорошо прогреется (примерно до температуры 60°С), тщательно вытрите тело полотенцем, чтобы кожа была сухой, и ложитесь на спину в подготовленную выемку. Голова должна находиться в тени – для этого можно использовать зонтик или тент. Для удобства положи- те под голову надувной круг или сухое сложенное в несколько раз полотенце, а на лоб – смоченную в прохладной воде салфетку, которую нужно менять по мере того, как она нагревается.

3. Попросите кого-нибудь засыпать вас песком так, чтобы на животе его слой не превышал 2 см, а на ногах и руках доходил до 8-10 см. Область сердца должна остаться открытой.

4. При учащении сердцебиения, любом ухудшении самочувствия процедуру следует сразу прекратить и положить на лоб холодный компресс.

5. Продолжительность общей песочной ванны для взрослых – 30 минут, для детей старше 4 лет (до этого возраста псаммотерапия не рекомендуется) – 10-15 минут. После сеанса примите теплый душ (36-37°С) и полчаса отдохните в тени. В ближайшие 2-3 часа купаться и загорать нельзя.

6. Общие песочные ванны рекомендуется принимать через день или два дня подряд, а в третий делать перерыв. Курс лечения для взрослых – 15-20, для детей – 10-12 процедур.

7. Для местных песочных ванн помощники не требуются. В песок закапывают больную руку или ногу, засыпают им сустав или низ живота. Их можно принимать по 1-1,5 часа ежедневно.

Есть противопоказания

Терапию песком нельзя проводить при острых воспалительных заболеваниях, злокачественных и доброкачественных новообразованиях, туберкулезе, любых кровотечениях. От лечения горячим песком следует отказаться и тем кто страдает сердечной патологией, гипертонической болезнью, эпилепсией, выраженным атеросклерозом.

Песчаная угроза

К сожалению, прибрежный песок не так безобиден. Не будем забывать о том, что пляж – самое комфортное место для размножения различных бактерий и грибков. Чаще всего страдают дети, гуляющие по пляжу голышом. Несколько лишних сантиметров «дышащей» кожи вряд ли увеличат пользу от воздушной ванны, зато неприятности могут не заставить себя ждать. В отделениях детской гинекологии ежегодно диагностируют массу вульвовагинитов у малышек от двух до пяти лет, вызванных грязью или попавшими на слизистую песчинками. Нередко гинекологическими проблемами оборачивается пляжный отдых и для женщин. Почти в каждой пробе песка содержатся болезнетворные бактерии, которые попав в интимные места, вызывают различные воспалительные процессы – кольпиты, вагиниты, цервициты. Не менее частый спутник пляжного отдыха – грибковые заболевания ног, передающиеся контактным путем через случай- ное прикосновение с уже зараженным грибком человеком, с лежаком, на котором он полежал, или с его плавательными принадлежностями. И не забывайте и о том, что некоторые микроорганизмы, находящиеся в песке, могут вызывать желудочно-кишечные заболевания. Но все этих неприятностей легко можно избежать, если соблюдать элементарные правила гигиены:

– закапываться нужно только хорошо прогретым сухим песком, находящимся на поверхности. Не влажным, поднятым с более глубоких слоев;

– не разрешать детям брать песок в рот;

– не есть на пляже;

– мыть руки с мылом;

– обязательно принимать душ после посещения пляжа.

    1            Application of terms

    3            Definitions

    In these Terms:

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    4.2        You must:

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.

    10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

    Republic of Cyprus.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    Website.

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
