Эпидемиологи решат, можно ли ослабить карантин

Во вторник, 23 марта, эпидемиологи, консультирующие правительство, соберутся, чтобы оценить ситуацию с коронавирусом в стране и составить рекомендации о дальнейшем ослаблении (или ужесточении) мер.

Дальнейшие шаги по постепенной отмене карантина будут зависеть от того, как на эпидемиологическую ситуацию повлияли принятые ранее послабления, а также празднование карнавала в Лимассоле. Напомним, действующие меры истекают 31 марта, а объявление о дальнейшем этапе снятия ограничений ожидается 30 марта. Эпидемиологи изучат вопрос о том, стоит ли увеличивать разрешенное число выходов из дома или даже полностью отменить обязательные смс. Кроме того, они обсудят требования родителей вернуть учеников гимназии в классы до 2 апреля.

Согласно категоризации Европейского центра по контролю и профилактике заболеваний, Кипр остается в группе темно-красных стран, то есть эпидемиологические показатели продолжают расти с начала марта. Ответственность за это возлагают на Лимассол, где цифры сильно отличаются в худшую сторону от тех, что фиксируют в остальных регионах страны. Как отметил недавно министр здравоохранения Константинос Иоанну, все варианты возможны и не исключен даже новый локальный карантин для Лимассола. Впрочем, профессор Петрос Караяннис исключает возможность закрыть весь регион на карантин, говоря, что с пандемией будут бороться новыми протоколами и дистанцированием, а не ограничениями.

В Лимассоле доля положительных тестов колеблется на уровне 1,3%. В последние 14 дней из 4 703 случаев заражения коронавирусом 2 797 приходятся на Лимассол. Средний показатель для региона – 1 126 заражений на 100 000 человек, что в два раза больше, чем в остальных регионах страны (529,6 случаев на 100 000 жителей). Для сравнения, в конце февраля тот же показатель был на уровне 168,7 на 100 000 жителей, в начале марта – 263,5 на 100 000 жителей, в 12 марта – уже 397,3 на 100 000 жителей. Из Лимассола в стационар поступает больше всего пациентов, на втором месте по госпитализациям Никосия. Что касается смертей, то их количество стало на 58% выше, чем в декабре и январе вместе взятых. Из 11 скончавшихся девять были жителями Лимассола. Тем не менее, эпидемиологи положительно оценивают стабилизацию заражений и небольшое сокращение госпитализаций.

21 марта на Кипре произошла еще одна смерть от коронавируса, отмечены 212 случаев госпитализации с COVID-19 и 336 новых случаев заражения.

Смертность

В воскресенье в центральной больнице Лимассола скончалась женщина 95 лет с сопутствующими заболеваниями. Общее количество умерших – 243 человека, из них 161 мужчина (67%) и 82 женщины (33%). Средний возраст умерших остается на отметке 79 лет.

Госпитализации

В стационаре проходят лечение 212 больных, в том числе 19 человек подключены к аппаратам ИВЛ, 23 пациента находятся в отделениях повышенного ухода, трое в реанимации (без применения ИВЛ).

Тестирование

21 марта было сделано 47 306 тестов, из них 1 554 по методу ПЦР и 45 752 по методу экспресс-тестирования. Положительными оказались 336 (0,71%).
– 87 заболевших выявлены в результате отслеживания контактов;
– 39 зараженных сдали ПЦР-тест по собственной инициативе;
– одного больного выявили в лабораториях государственных больниц;
– 209 положительных результатов выявило экспресс-тестирование.

    1            Application of terms

    Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

    Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

    You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

     

    4            Your obligations

    4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

    information remains true, current and complete.

    a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

    b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

    Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

    10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

    10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

    10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

    required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

    severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

    10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

    agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

    expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
