2016: «Вестник Кипра» превратился в ежедневное издание

Кипрско-российский фестиваль

Этот год стал для газеты годом больших испытаний и важной трансформации. Мы перестроили всю редакционную работу, фактически превратившись в ежедневное онлайн-СМИ, запустили новые проекты и отметили пятилетие делового журнала. 

Газета выходит раз в две недели, а новости — каждый час

С января бумажная версия газеты стала выходить раз в две недели. Хотя на самом деле наша еженедельная газета превратилась в… ежедневное онлайн-издание. Раньше на сайт мы выкладывали только то, что публиковали в бумажной версии, и только тогда, когда бумажная газета уже была в продаже. Но с развитием технологий стало понятно, что наши сайт и страницы в соцсетях должны обновляться не просто ежедневно, а ежечасно. И мы перестроили привычный порядок работы.

Ежедневная редакция, видео, переводы и эксклюзив

Каждое утро сотрудники нашей новой объединённой редакции собирались на совещание и определяли темы дня. Уже через несколько минут первые новости – короткие тексты из нескольких предложений – начинали появляться онлайн, на наших страницах в социальных сетях. Тем временем, редакторы ВК начинали искать более подробную информацию, задействовали переводчиков и журналистов. Их задачей было собрать комментарии и взять мини-интервью, чтобы подробнее осветить семь основных новостей дня, появлявшихся на сайте www.vkcyprus.com. В то же время переводчики сайта нашего журнала «Успешный бизнес» готовили подробный обзор деловых новостей (этот сайт – ежедневный источник аналитической и статистической бизнес-информации по Кипру). Участники съёмочной группы выезжали на задание: каждый день они должны были готовить по одному–двa видеоматериала для нашей еженедельной телепрограммы. Естественно, часть видео сразу же выкладывалась на сайт или в соцсети. Оперативность подачи информации была одной из самых важных целей в тот период. При этом мы хотели, чтобы наши фото- и видеоматериалы были интересными и, конечно, эксклюзивными. А значит, работать приходилось много.
Тематика в печати – от медицины до образования

В дополнение к обычной газете мы в том году выпустили целый ряд отдельных тематических газет. Глянцевые издания с подробной информацией об образовании, недвижимости, медицине бесплатно распространялись везде, где можно встретить русскоговорящего читателя – в школах, клубах, детских секциях, спортивных центрах, отелях, магазинах… И, конечно, мы раздавали эти уникальные подборки во время собственных мероприятий.

Пятилетие «Успешного бизнеса»

В апреле в Посольстве Российской Федерации в Никосии прошёл торжественный вечер, посвящённый пятилетию журнала «Успешный бизнес» – нашему первому юбилею. К тому времени у журнала был уже свой круг читателей, мы постепенно накопили огромную базу русскоговорящих руководителей, которым бесплатно доставляли очередной выпуск. С момента создания и до юбилея журнал «Успешный бизнес» и его новостной портал являлись единственными русскоязычными источниками деловой информации, помогающими русскоговорящим деловым людям сориентироваться в политических и экономических событиях, происходящих на Кипре.
Ценности, которые признают и в России, и на Кипре

Открывая приём, почётные гости говорили о том, что журнал ценен прежде всего своими достоверностью и объективностью, а также большим количеством аналитических статей. Из Москвы специально прибыл представитель правительства, чтобы поблагодарить коллектив Издательского дома «Вестник Кипра» за проделанную работу и отметить её большую роль в объединении российских соотечественников на Кипре. В свою очередь, официальный представитель Правительства Кипра лично отметил важность деятельности «Успешного бизнеса» и «Вестника Кипра», назвав издательство надёжным партнёром правительства в деле укрепления кипрско-российских связей.

Книга об острове, полном сокровищ

К юбилею я написала книгу «Остров сокровищ: приключения отважных бизнесменов» – уникальный сборник интервью с самыми успешными бизнесменами Кипра. Из историй отдельных людей и порой целых поколений одной семьи сложилась неофициальная, но увлекательная история экономического развития Кипра. Книгу на приёме подарили всем гостям: рекламодателям и друзьям газеты и журнала.

Медиафлот «Вестника Кипра»

Газета – это флагман нашего флота! Нет на Кипре такого русскоговорящего человека, который не знал бы о существовании «Вестника Кипра». В последние годы всё больше киприотов при знакомстве со мной со знанием дела говорили: «А, “Вестник Кипра”! Конечно слышали!» Нам, сотрудникам, повезло на протяжении стольких лет находиться в самой гуще событий, быть причастными к созданию чего-то важного, не только входить в русскоговорящее сообщество на Кипре, но и инициировать проведение самых крупных мероприятий, непосредственно участвовать в самых значимых проектах.

Общественная работа и рост проектов

Но всё это отныне свершалось не только в рамках нашей группы – мы стали помогать и другим. Издатель газеты Игорь Носонов был единогласно избран председателем Координационного совета российских соотечественников на Кипре.

К концу 2016 года в списке наших проектов числились: газета «Вестник Кипра», журнал «Успешный бизнес», вебсайт газеты с кипрскими новостями, вебсайт журнала – единственный в интернете сайт на русском языке, специализирующийся на деловых новостях Кипра, вебсайт www.vkcyprusgroup.com, рассказывающий на английском языке о деятельности группы «Вестник Кипра». Кроме этого – пять–шесть вебсайтов мероприятий, с десяток тематических страниц в соцсетях, еженедельная телевизионная программа «ТелеВестник», канал этой телепрограммы и «Вестника Кипра» в YouTube. В общем, скучать нам не приходилось.

Успешно работали Русский образовательный центр «Вестник Кипра», Детский клуб «Браво!», а также проект «Школа России» с обучением по полноценной программе российской начальной школы в сотрудничестве со школой при Посольстве РФ. При «Вестнике Кипра» функционировали профессиональное бюро переводов, лицензированное туристическое агентство, компания по организации мероприятий. В течение года мы организовывали около 30 больших и маленьких, семейных, детских, деловых мероприятий, в том числе Кипрско-российский фестиваль, деловые конференции BEST LEGAL и BEST INVEST, форум Health&Beauty, детский проект Galaxy of Talents. Существенную помощь соотечественникам продолжала оказывать Ассоциация русскоговорящих жителей Кипра «Горизонт».

1            Application of terms

1.1        These Terms apply to your use of the Website. By accessing and using the Website:

a            you agree to these Terms; and

3            Definitions

In these Terms:

including and similar words do not imply any limit

Loss includes loss of profits, savings, revenue or data, and any other claim, damage, loss, liability and cost, including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis

personal information means information about an identifiable, living person

Terms means these terms and conditions titled Terms and conditions of use

Underlying System means any network, system, software, data or material that underlies or is connected to the Website

We, us or our means VESTNIK KIPRA Group

You means you or, if clause 1.1b applies, both you and the other person on whose behalf you are acting.

 

4            Your obligations

4.1        You must provide true, current and complete information in your dealings with us and must promptly update that information as required so that the

information remains true, current and complete.

4.2        You must:

a not act in a way, or use or introduce anything (including any virus, worm, Trojan horse, timebomb, keystroke logger, spyware or other similar feature) that in any way compromises, or may compromise, the Website or any Underlying System, or otherwise attempt to damage or interfere with the Website or any Underlying System; and

b unless with our agreement, access the Website via standard web browsers only and not by any other method. Other methods include scraping, deep-linking, harvesting, data mining, use of a robot or spider, automation, or any similar data gathering, extraction or monitoring method.

4.3 You indemnify us against all Loss we suffer or incur as a direct or indirect result of your failure to comply with these Terms.
 

5            Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own all proprietary and intellectual property rights in the Website (including all information, data, text, graphics, artwork, photographs, logos, icons, sound recordings, videos and look and feel), and the Underlying Systems.

10.2      These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Website, are governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

Republic of Cyprus.

Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus in relation to any dispute connected with these Terms or the

Website.

10.3      For us to waive a right under these Terms, the waiver must be in writing.

10.4      Clauses which, by their nature, are intended to survive termination of these Terms, including clauses 5, 6, 7, 10.1, continue in force.

10.5      If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent

required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as

severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will be binding on you.

10.6      These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Website and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or

agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. The parties have not relied on any representation, warranty or agreement relating to the Website that is not

expressly set out in the Terms, and no such representation, warranty or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
